that under "Society and Culture," along with Religion and Spirituality there's also a subsection for Bull Fighting. Shouldn't they move that to a sub-subsection of R&S? It might be more peaceful here. lol

seriously, like for gay marriage its both religous and legal terminology but you have to consider that fact that you shouldn't be able to govern other people according to your own beliefs. Im Christian, im a moderate voter which means im not tried to any party saying that oh because im liberal or rebublican or w/e i must and have to vote for some one in my party because every one else is wrong, i dont think other religions are wrong do you? if you do your just and ignorant piece of ****. also for other Christians why should we ridicule gay people, isnt that what Jesus didnt want us to do im mean like sure it says gay is wrong in the Bible but that doesnt mean you have to go around like and ignorant asshole saying to people your wrong and your going to a place where you will suffer for ever just because your different than me. so heres my question why do people have to say that gay people are wrong when 1. its none of their bussiness and 2.you have to do it with such prutality & hatred?

( beg ye not to juge thy terrible spelling ye who art anal retentive ones!)

Young Earth Creationists honestly embarrass me.

I believe science is a way to know God, not a tool of the Devil. I know 99% of biologists have nothing to gain by lying. My faith is not threatened by a 4.5 billion-year-old earth.

Do any Christians agree?

Do any non-Christians get embarrassed by their own fundamentalists?

I sure as hell don't care. I look at it this way. The human race is just another species of animal that evolved to live on Earth, and like all other species of animals, we will eventually go extinct. In the long run, nothing any of us ever does will ever mean anything, so I say what the hell. If the fundamentalists of the world want to destroy everything in the name of what ever God it is they worship, I say let them. In fact, why not embrace them. It will be one hell of a fire works show.

Not everyone is born either male or female, does that mean they are not "allowed" to get married? Several genetic disorders can cause masculinization of genetic females, or feminization of genetic males, up to and including developement of sexual organs. Are these people to be denied the option of marriage because they don't comfortably fit into either a "male" or "female" mold?

....why doesn't he just smite all of the other religions down with his mighty hand so that there can be no mistake of which one is right?

Unless of course there's really no such thing as a one true religion, seeing as how all of them are man-made by corruptable human greed for control and power over the masses.
