seriously, like for gay marriage its both religous and legal terminology but you have to consider that fact that you shouldn't be able to govern other people according to your own beliefs. Im Christian, im a moderate voter which means im not tried to any party saying that oh because im liberal or rebublican or w/e i must and have to vote for some one in my party because every one else is wrong, i dont think other religions are wrong do you? if you do your just and ignorant piece of ****. also for other Christians why should we ridicule gay people, isnt that what Jesus didnt want us to do im mean like sure it says gay is wrong in the Bible but that doesnt mean you have to go around like and ignorant asshole saying to people your wrong and your going to a place where you will suffer for ever just because your different than me. so heres my question why do people have to say that gay people are wrong when 1. its none of their bussiness and 2.you have to do it with such prutality & hatred?

I honestly don't know. I think its quite disgusting and people should be ashamed of themselves for treating them like that. Its like they're the new black people. Meaning, they seem to be the new "in" thing to descriminate against.

I'm a believer in legal rights, but I've also beared witness to 12 year old homosexuals close dancing in clubs (that's an eye opener) and older gays doing circle jerks in a room.

Go into a gay and at night when it's crowded and go into the Rest Rooms

Tell me how you feel...

If I were to do a 20/20 Exposee along the lines of Under Age Sexual Preditors, the GAY community would be in serious trouble if I outted them in their normal practises.

There would DEFINATELY be a public outcry.

It's because we DON'T do this that they are safer, but if we took cameras INTO the night like we do with prostitutes and pedophiles, the homosexual community would face a lot of opposition from the mainstream morality people.

This is factual.

One hidden camera in the restrooms of Gay Bars would infuriate 80% of America

But it's not considered PC

To answer the first part, homosexuals are the ones trying to change laws with gay marriage, not heterosexuals or Christians. I am not against civil unions or equal rights, but marriage is and always has been between a man and a woman.
Now, for the others
1. I don't say that gay people are wrong, I say that homosexuality is a sin. It is no greater or worse than any other sin as all sin is equal in the eyes of God. The only time I even broach the subject is in questions and answers in this forum. My sister is currently in a lesbian relationship and she knows I feel it is a sin, but she also knows that I feel it is her life and she can live it as she pleases. I am glad that she is happy even if I disagree with the source of her happiness.
2. No brutality and hatred here. I agree that Christians should reach out with love and compassion, admit that it is something we cannot understand becasue it is not a sin we have struggled with, and keep our judgments to ourselves until we each are sinless.

I have friends who are gay- and I certainly do not hate them- however I would never say, I agree with their lifestyle and they understand that as well. Jesus loves them too=- so much that He died for them as well as everyone other sin. We are all sinners in need of salvation.
Ok, I am going to ask a question that I am pretty sure will get me a few thumbs down, but that is ok- you ask why do we say that gay is wrong, because it is none of our business? Ok, let us say that someone killed someone you knew? Wouldn't you say that was wrong? Or would that not your business either? My children do things that are wrong- should I love them? Of course, but I do tell them that they have done something wrong. I agree with you though that we cannot point fingers in accusatory ways, and make that person think we hate them, because then they would not come to the truth. There is a fine line, but sin is sin. Another example- I had a friend once who was married and had 2 young boys. She told me "that she was considering having an affair with another man"- I told her I would love her, and she could call me to talk anytime, but when she asked me to watch her kids so that she could see this man I refused. Do you know what she said to me later- " I am so thankful that you were non-judgmental with me, but that you did stand up for the truth of my sin"
Jesus loves, however it cost Him His life to forgive.

Gays are not humans. Only dirty, savage animals in the animal kingdom commit such disgusting acts.

Gays should be deported or something. It sickens me to see this unnatural, inhuman love going on.

Im not religious, but if Jesus says its wrong, well, Im definitely behind him in this.

Gay is just wrong. Gay is a tumor to society.

Much of the hatred felt by gay people is nothing more than delusional paranoia. Other gays spread this "we are hated" message and it is believed by many. This illusion of hate propagates itself. And of course, every so often, a judgmental bigot comes along and fuels the fire. But not often enough to account for the entire persecution complex.

I agree with you. if a gay person is happy with life then thats great...good for them...same thing goes for an atheist...if they're happy with life then great...why should a heterosexual and a christian hate someone who is happy? and if everyone in the world was christian and heterosexual, then nobody would have any of this excitement (hatred) and without this excitement life would be boring (sarcasm)!

Fear of difference,if people could just understand that 'there way' is not the only way and accept difference the world would be a more peacful place.
Acceptance does not mean agreement.

Most cultures are antigay because gay sex is unnatural ( in that the human body is not made to accomodate it) and unproductive (in that it produces no offspring).
The only cultures that become progay are big, over rich, arrogant empires that are about to fall due to their own overindulgence (namely ancient Greece, classical Rome and us). Otherwise homosexuality is taboo all over the world.
NOT ONLY WITH CHRISTIANS.

Jesus did not come to condemn the sinner, but to condemn the sin in man. Some people take it to the extreme, but I am positive it is not only christians. PEOPLE judge without taking the plank out of their own eye, not just Christians.

I don't like or dislike gays , it is their business .
If they treat me kind I will treat them kindly.
I have too many other things in my life to worry what my fellow mans sexual preferences are.
If this is what you call hate because I don't go out of my way to love them ,then I guess I am guilty.

Now pedophiles I hate with a vengeance
