Ezekiel speaks of Israel utilizing the captured bows, arrows, shields for years of fuel and not having to cut their own wood. Wouldn't this take a grand turn of events in weapons non-proliferation and reduction efforts? Or was Ezekiel writing in symbology?

your faith.
I am of the mind that you live your religion, not practice it. Just curious of what others feel. :)

The laws of physics state that everything in motion must have a mover.

The wind comes from the different gases in the atmosphere heating up differently from the sun's rays and the sun's rays come from nuclear reactions and the nuclear reactions came from the big bang and the big bang must have had a mover.

We call that mover God.

God does not have to have a creator because he is outside of space and time so he is exempt from this.

Agree?

Just because creationism lumps the origin of life and the origin of the universe within a few days doesn't mean it's the same for the real world. And not all atheists believe these theories, they could have there own crackpot theories like creationism on how life started and how the universe began like .

1. Big bang theory: origin of the universe (~14 billion years old)

2. Origin of life: multiple theories of how life began on Earth (~4 billion years old)

3. Evolution: surplus of offspring, variability in each offspring, natural selection, reproduction of the fittest and all that jazz
(Darwin, the origin of species, 1859)

4. atheism: the doctrine or belief that there is no God and/or disbelief in the existence of a supreme being or beings.

Just helping you guys so you can make more convincing arguments when attempting to disprove evolution or something. Cuz when I see someone talking about the big bang when the question refers to evolution I die a little inside.

by the aliens?

It would explain how they knew about the big bang and maybe the "flood" and the Ark were actually just the aliens way of getting us transported from one planet to another. The Ark could have been a spaceship and the 2 of every creature was a way of seeding the new planet.

This idea doesn't negate a true God and could explain the 6000 vs 6 billion year old issue. maybe we were just seeded here 6000 years ago and though there were "cavemen" we just killed them off.

What do you think?

RUSS WITTENBERG: "I flew the two actual aircraft which were involved in 9/11... Fight number 175 and Flight 93, the 757 that allegedly went down in Shanksville and Flight 175 is the aircraft that's alleged to have hit the South Tower. I don't believe it's possible for... a so-called terrorist to train on a 172, then jump in a cockpit of a 757-767 class cockpit, and vertical navigate the aircraft, lateral navigate the aircraft, and fly the airplane at speeds exceeding it's design limit speed by well over 100 knots, make high-speed high-banked turns,.. pulling probably 5, 6, 7 G's... I couldn't do it and I'm absolutely positive they couldn't do it."

..........I would probably be put into a mental institute.

I mean if a carpenter came up to you and said l"eave all your family and follow me, I am the son of God, I will show you the way" it is not very likely that you would just go home and say "Hey missus, Im buggering off with Derek the chippy for a tour of the world, he is going to show me the way"

And Jesus managed to get 12 people to do this!

Now I am no bible expert but this story seems a little fishy to me.

Am I missing something?

I know it would be paradoxical, since they are basically the same thing, but it touches on genetics in the bible, so don't creationists have to believe in it?
And if so, how do they rationalize it?

There is this guy at church that when passes by my starts yelling at the next person within earshot of me. It's happened at least 3X. Then there's another occasion I was looking at some pictures, and he comes up and says what am I looking at then goes away before I could answer. Another occasion is when I was talking to another friend, and then he comes down almost crashing into me and this guy trying to disrupt our conversation. What gives? Why is he doing this to me?
He's not a kid either, so what do you think?

The basic is; Romans do not kill Roman emperors. Octavian was the hier to the Roman empire from Julius. He got it. Jesus and Augustus were the same man. Luke 23;26-35 tells how Simon was crucified in the place of Jesus. Judas did not have to identify Jesus it would have been obvious who Jesus/Octavian was because being in the family of caesar he was an albino. Rev. 1:14. You can argue that until you are blue in the face."Blue in the face" is symbolic of being dead.
Jesus/Octavian was a Roman. Julius had the plan to sacrifice his adopted son to god to apease god for the death of Abel. That is what was going on. The concept, though maybe well meaning, failed because Octavian was not born without intercourse as Abel had been so he Octavian was not an equal sacrifice. All of this aside the question is; what can be done at this point? I don't like popping your bubble. But is for your own good. Unless you know your position you will go on dieing.

Here are a few highlights from this version. "God made everything. God gets angry and destroys everything. God curses people. God loves people again. Then, God kills everybody again."
Now, I was thinking this version was just a little short on details, but is that close enough?

I asked a question completely unrelated to the subject and received an answer that included this statement:

"...people who defile their bodies from head to toe with tattoos and "body piercing armor" are definitely a Sign of the Times."

Where did that come from?

or is that a different church all together? If so than do you as a member condone polygamy?
If you became a member later in life were you aware that this activity was going on?

The reason I asked is, My best friend converted to that religion in "95" and I asked him about polygamy existing in his church and his reply was that they don't do that anymore. I would ask him, but he died in an accident in 2000.
