Have a little shrine somewhere inside the house. Take a couple of minutes every day to sit or stand next to it. Take a quiet moment and think of the Gods. Express gratitude for all you're being given. Say something to them. Nothing helps building the personal relationship with them like a good chat.

since they're basically in everything, i feel like i'm always connected to them. i don't call on them often, but when i do, it's usually some form of meditation or a brief prayer. i approach the mother very seriously, tho, and only with an offering of some kind.

I view deities as archetypes (which I think you know ;-) ) but I like to consider the appropriate one according to whatever energy I am addressing or invoking at the time.

Otherwise I just commune with everything. Very simple. Just let the mind breathe.

A brief prayer I say every evening, and try to say in the morning as well. Plus a good hike every weekend helps, too.

Morning: I take my dog for a walk in the woods by a stream. I commune with the gods and she plays.

Evening. I light candles and am thankful for my blessings.
