Hi! I searched high and low to answer this question. It is so funny because really even in wikipedia, there is no mention of his religious background nor of his ancestors background.
I thought that maybe the location of the wedding would indicate some particular parish, church, or whatever but apparently Nicole and he were married at the estate, so who knows?
If you have ever read the letter of Nicole to OJ, she referred to a particular meeting with a minister prior to their marriage. So that indicates that they did have some kind of affiliation with a church. But I have the feeling that whatever church it was definitely doesn't want to be in the spotlight regarding OJ because it is bad publicity and could probably close their doors.
If you read anything about the life of OJ, you'll know that as a kid he was in trouble a lot and was in a street gang. So he obviously has a pattern of violent behaviors that only magnified with his fame. I don't think he was a church going kid and definitely there is no indication of his involvement with anything religious based.

I'm sure you are hinting that he is a Christian, aren't you? I'd say his religious beliefs are belief in himself and his own invicibility.
