Christians' faith is grounded in evidence. Evidence like... the Bible, and what God does in their lives, and God's communication with them. Christians don't have faith that God exists - they KNOW God exists because of the evidence.

I think they have misinterpreted the evidence, just as Christians believe that Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists have misinterpreted their evidence.

What say you?

"As bullets flew above their heads, the young soldier at Pat Tillman's side started praying. "I thought I was praying to myself, but I guess he heard me," Sgt. Bryan O'Neal recalled in an interview Saturday with The Associated Press. "He said something like, 'Hey, O'Neal, why are you praying? God can't help us now."'

of homosexuality. Sure Jesus accepts everybody the way they are. Thank God for that because I was once a terrible drunk. I was the classic weekend night club, stripper club man for 12 years of my adult life. Thank God Jesus accepted me for who I was. If Jesus would have said "I can't accept you because drunkeness is a sin" I would be doomed for all eternity. Jesus, instead, said "I accept you as a drunk BUT I expect you to repent of that drunkeness and follow me" and praise God I have not drank a drop of alcohol in over 3 years and I have been following Jesus since then. Sure I am not perfect and I so sin but it is only out of my own ignorance and stubborn nature. I do not sin out of my own desires and remain uncovicted of that sin. I am ashamed of the bad things I do as a child of God and I realize I can never do enough. So I have two questions...First, as a Christian homosexual do you feel God is pleased with your lifestyle? Is there Biblical support for a homosexuality?

Catholics, there is so many things in your religion that dont line up with the bible, Mormons Joseph Smith's prophecies have been proven to be mostly false, Mohommad, Buddah and others still dead and havent risen. The KJV is 100% true noone ever found error. Why follow a second rate path?

Have you ever noticed that muslims will come and give a whole slew of thumbs down to many answers that come straight from their highest religious texts.

For example, from Qur'an 4:34:
"Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and B E A T them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great. "

or how about this one?
Bukhari:V1B4N1229-33 "Aisha [who was 9] said, ‘I used to wash semen off the Prophet's [who was 53] clothes. When he went for prayers I used to notice one or more spots on them.'"

all caught on the roof of a 5 story burning building, who would survive, who would not, and why?

For sake of standardization, let's assume that all involved are 40 year old males in good health, none have cell phones, and the fire escape on the roof is blocked off by fire shooting out of a 5th floor window.

Was not Peter a disciple of Jesus, when is the servant greater than the teacher ?

Was not Peter a Jew as was Timothy and did not Peter try to keep the tradition as well as Timothy alive and well.

The Gospel are those Words spoken by Jesus, not by Peter, Paul or Timothy.

The Gospel is the Book of John, the Book of Mark, the Book of Matthew, and the Book of Luke.

Where does it say the Book of Act, Romans,Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Thessalonians, Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, Peter, John, or Jude are part of the Gosep, or the New Testament.

Where does it say these books are include in the Word of Jesus ? Jesus said, "Repent and believe the Gospel" His Words. The Holy Ghost was to bring to their remembrance WHATSOEVER Jesus had SPOKEN to them, The Words He SPOKE in His GOSPEL.

According to my understanding, an atheist is a person who has no religious convictions.
As a christian I have the faith to believe that God is real and that his Son Jesus Christ is my Saviour.
Likewise the atheist has a belief that requires faith, that being :
to believe that there is no God.
