I saw a play this week, "In the Beginning" up in Lancaster, PA and they said Jesus was the second coming of Adam. I don't recall learning that in church or seeing that in the bible. I know he's supposed to be an incarnation of God but how could he be a (re) incarnation of God and Adam?

his father was so happy he killed the fatted calf.
Surely there was blood from the calf that they eat at the feast. Jesus didn't mention anything about eating the meat with the blood in it. I am not being nasty just trying to understand their religion.

What are your thoughts when you see a dead person whether it's at a funeral or wherever else you might see one.

I think about who they were in life, don't really know what to think about the dead part yet.

LOL.OK I have been studying Wicca for a few months now and never read a book on Wicca. I learned from people and online trusted information. But today I picked up my first book and I liked it and it flowed well for me and it helped me.

But what is your opinion on the book? Have you read it? Is t fluffy?

Please share. Even if it's negative.

Here's the Book -> http://www.syndetics.com/index.aspx?type=xw12&isbn=9780007103355/LC.GIF&client=chilp
It's simply called "Wicca" by: Vivianne Crowley and published by "Thorsons Directions"

I asked the question "What's the difference between soul and spirit?", and I got some answers. But who made this distinction?

From the Bible, how is it known that the spirit and soul aren't the same thing?

"Ali Murad Abu Shaweesh was 12 when Israeli soldiers shot him in the back. Ali was killed on the same day in June, 2001 that Sharon refused to let the Israeli foreign minister, Shimon Peres, meet with Yasir Arafat, yet his death also went unnoticed by American television news. But not entirely unnoticed, since the Israeli soldiers, who taunted the Palestinian boys over loudspeakers outside the Khan Yunis refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, goading them to come out and throw rocks, did so under the gaze of Chris Hedges, a reporter for the New York Times.

"Children have been shot in other conflicts I have covered--death squads gunned them down in El Salvador and Guatemala, mothers with infants were lined up and massacred in Algeria, and Serb snipers put children in their sights...in Sarajevo--but I have never before watched soldiers entice children like mice into a trap and murder them for sport," Hedges wrote.

We all know how gruesome and horribly violent the old testement, is. People were advancing, getting smarter, more compasionate. They didnt want to go around stoning thier own children for back talking them.

even jews today dont follow their scripture. (Tells you to kill your kids if they dont listen to you).

So in order to have people continue belieiving it had to be changed. The romans, would certainly agree to this, they get all the say so in the new sins and such.

so thwy find a man, by the name of jesus, train him for years, at illusion.

he is promised a great life after a few years of being the messiah. so he spends those years that are missing in the bible, training.

he goes out, performs illusions, of course the romains have some people paid off.

the dead man, not dead, just a drug, he got a lot of money for it, then pretended to come back to life.

blind man, pretended to see, told what to say. afterward, leaving the town, as not to be found out.
