Don't say us humans because we cannot. We hate each other and still kill each other.

Which creature on Earth can constantly love no matter what, like Jesus?

If I go to heaven, but I don't like it, but obviously I wouldn't like hell, is there another option? After I die, I want to play video games all day and be surrounded by beautiful women.

Pagan Romans early on started rumors about Christians with regard to communion. Since Christians spoke of drinking the bloof of Christ, and also spoke of Christ as a little child, it became a rumor that what Christians were really doing during communion was hiding a newborn in a loaf of bread - and then they would have a new initiate cut it open, and then they would eat the flesh.

In the Middle Ages, Christians started a rumor that Jews would kill a Christian child, and bake his blood in their Passover Matzah.

These 2 accusations seem related to me. But why would Christians believe this about Jews, when they themselves had to endure persecution on account of the false accusation placed on them?

Are these rumors related?

I've read a few very disturbing passages in the bible, but the one i've just discovered is one of my favourites! Here, some verbal pornography in Ezekial:

Ezekiel 23:20-21 (NIV)

20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses. 21 So you longed for the lewdness of your youth, when in Egypt your bosom was caressed and your young breasts fondled.

So I'm just curious, does it turn you on? or make you blush...?

The California State Senate passed legislation requiring students from kindergarten through twelfth grade to support instruction on homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality.

The bill, known as SB 777, requires textbooks and other instructional resources to cast a positive light on homosexual "marriages," cross-dressing, sex-change operations and every other facet of homosexual and bisexual lifestyles. ?

BTW: Christian Love does not mean that we are wishy washy and believe in Political Correctness, because I as many other Christians I know, do not.

Does being a decent good christian mean letting people walk all over you? Do you think Jesus is coming again like a beaten soldier of GOD ?

How much more mocking of GOD's commandments will he take? I think not much more, since our world is insulting and dis-obeying GOD with every chance they get..

Thoughts?

Once I started to meditate and I became a great being of light. My body dematerialized and I joined in with the eternal flow of the universe. I then contemplated my existence and found that it was good, and decided to enjoy life as a mortal with the regard that all life is precious and important, most especially because we are all human beings, and we all possess this God-tuned ability. It is wonderful and simple, and hope you can experience the warmth, before you go. I'd like to thank my friends Incubus for that one, and now I must say, I'm outa here. Who's coming with me?

I hear so many Creationist arguing with Evolutionsts about God's role in our complex Universe. I would like to say that human life is 3rd on the list of miracles God performed. My thoughts are like this:

1) God created the cosmos from nothing
2) God created life from the cosmos
3) Humans were created after simple life (it's in Genesis)

Thanks!!!!

1. If evil is a figment of our imagination, then what is evil in the world?

2. If we use our imagination as the vehicle that guides our reasoning into the realm that it can not comprehend, then the imagination turns into the essence of the light of intelligence. Now, the question is, what does that us?

Numbers 21:5 - 6 details how Jehovah was tested by the Israelites grumbling and how He subsequently sent serpents among them as chastisement.

1 Corinthians 10:9 also relates to this same incident. However, citing the example of God's discipline of the Israelites, (in the original Greek) the apostle Paul writes that the believer's should not "mede ekpeirazo CHRISTOS" (caps for emphasis) . That is, they should not test CHRIST (as the Israelites tested Him in the desert).

How does the Watchtower justify rendering "Christos" as Jehovah in the New World Translation ?

Thanks in advance for all answers.

I have always loved Buddists.

Do you:

1 Find it hard when Christians constantly say the only way to Heaven is through Jesus

2 Find true peace and comfort in meditation?

3 Have higher poswers or spirit guides that speak to you in meditations

4 Have an easy book for me to read about your way of life?

and 5 Like the teachings of Jesus

Please try and answer each question

Have been "borrowed" from other religions, from the holy trinity to the son of god. How then can you say that your faith is the only "true" one??? Nearly everything you're taught to believe about your god some other religion believed about their gods long before your faith was even brought into existance. So how can you justify calling your faith the "one true path" and don't use scriptures. That's like picking up a random play from shakespear to prove a point about Plato.

Why would God allow someone to have a heart attack, go through open-heart surgery, then get colon cancer, go through bowel resection surgery and chemo & radiation, be declared cancer-free, then 2 weeks later die of a stroke? I really don't understand these life lessons. What could He want us to learn from this?
