Their beliefs are no more evolved or enlightened than anyone elses. When they try to take "God" out of the public square, they are really inserting their religion. How can they not see this? Their 'god', by whatever name they do or do not call it, is no more valid or less valid than mine.

Jehovah's Witnesses were just at my front door, literally, less than 45 minutes ago. I don't understand why they say that God must be referred to as "Jehovah". In my opinion, I don't think that's it's a big deal what you call God, as long as God knows you are praying to him or talking to him. I mean, He knows when you are drawing to him. In my opinion, the NAME isn't that important. Give me your thoughts.

Morality means the judgment of right and wrong behaviour according to conscience. Religious folks mostly seem to judge behaviour according to whether it contravenes the imagined orders of their deity, rather than on moral grounds. So, is it possible to be moral and religious as well, or is morality the sole preserve of atheists?

It seems with global warming and war and the talk about the myan calendar ending at 2012 that we are a doomed society.

I always here the "it does not matter" statement but if it did not matter then why was he changed into a white person at the conference of Nicene? If you were to make Jesus look Black, Mexican, Asian, etc... people would tell you that that is not Jesus. It is like your mouth says it does not matter but the actions are much different. I have not seen many Christian embrace the Black Madonna!

A very careful study, will show you that Islam, the second largest community of believers on the planet, supports Jesus.

Not only that, but Jesus lives on in the heart of Muslims because Muhammad, by order from God, taught us Muslims to believe that he existed and fought for God.

Even tho many Christians today, belittle Muslims and call them "moon god worshippers", they rarely realize that Muslims are the only faith group that support the existence of Jesus besides Christians.

Therefore, Jesus's memory lives on.

Do you feel the need to be thankful to the man, Muhammad, for his efforts to preach this kind of love, even against the teachings of his own tribe?

If you dont, tell me why you dont.

How do you rationalize the animals native ONLY to certain geographic regions could have possibly got there in that short of time and had only that short a time period to adapt, also,
how do you rationalize that humans got to different geographic locations and changed so quickly,
Surely, you must find it odd that the natives of Australia look so different from Europe, and that of Africa and China, that there has to be some type of leap of logic and reason to get your head around how all of that happened in only 6000 years.
If you can believe that people can change that drastically of feature and color in that short a time, you must believe in hyper-evolution,
So what new races do you see popping up now since it happens so quickly?
And are you aware of the species native ONLY to certain continents? How do you rationalize why and when that happened?

The Bible:Inspired by God who never makes mistakes.

The Watchtower:Written by uninspired men who set false dates for the end of the world and try to cover it up.

Which do you choose?

JUST KIDDING, don't get your socks in a bunch. I'm merely poking fun at the ignorant hate-mongers who refuse to even try to understand that which they fear. It's called Cognative Dissonance.

The scenario is your face-to-face with the ultimate power in existance. Your in the presence of the very being that is responsible for your present existance. This being is in total control of your existance. Realistically, with the given scenario, what would you dare to say to such a being in a casual conversation?

Anyone who says it is a totally unique and unrelated religion doesn't know the history of the belief.
It has it's roots in Judaism and also Zoroastrianism which brought the idea of heaven and hell into the beleif system of religions that accept there is only one God.
Christianity's founder was Jewish, the mother of God is Jewish all its prophets are Jewish so why do Christians say they are better than everyone and only they have the way to God?
Isn't the Jewish prophet Jesus the only why to heaven?
