And are you a part of a group of other Pagans or solitary? Will you be participating in a ritual?

I'm not sure yet if we'll be having a ritual this year: the person in our group who had offered to coordinate and host it had a boatload of schoolwork land on her shoulders and therefore had to back out. I might host something myself, if I have the time.

If we do have a ritual for Ostara, it will be with members of the Full Moon Group I started (and currently facilitate). We could have up to fifteen people in circle if everyone attends, and will probably do something to celebrate the entry of the God into young manhood (we view the Wheel of the Year as stages in His life cycle). The equinox is also a good time for rituals of balance, so that will probably be incorporated as well.
