Are they all in hell right now?
Seems to me that this kind of punishment would be extraordinarily unfair since none of them could EVER have heard of god or jesus.
But according to your dogma, they are all burning in the flames of hell right now and they'll never get out.
Honestly, is your magic sky-pixie really that unjust?

Hi all

Could you please say what aspects of Satanism attracted you to become a Satanist and what fundamental beliefs do you live your life by.

Thanks

(NB - this is not a question to judge your choices and I'm not a Christian looking for an arguement - just genuinely curious.)

should we necessarily be convinced and believed everything the path we are in teach us , or should we instead be just comfortable not really believing everything but be comfortable in it ....!! how can one be convinced of his own path if he considered that every path are valid and good ....? to believe strongly in something , doesn't imply to reject the other path with conviction ...?

Jesus and his disciples often studied in like, the forest.

Why do you need all this stained glass, jewelry, and matrimonious procedures? Why don't you sit in the grass and silently pray like Jesus did?! Truly religious people shouldn't need riches in order to be inspired.

No offense, but I think the lives of Bhuddists are closer to that of Jesus'.

Quran 38:26 "those who wander from the way of Allah have an awful doom" http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/quran/38/index.htm#26

Ever listen to an ex-muslim speak about Islam? They all say the same scary and horrifying things. Its amazing that so few people listen to them.

A turkish ex-muslim now has a big following in the Christian community. Before I left religion all together, I saw several videos of his describing his Islamic upbringing (post his name if you know who I am speaking about).

This turkish man described this impossible circumstance of being Muslim. The entrance into heaven is simply the "more good than bad" standard. What is good is defined by the Quran and hadith, and with some exceptions, almost always the opposite of what a non-muslim would consider good and bad.

However, this ledger system is harrowing, and as you can see, to even "wander" for a moment, buys you hell. Like tightrope walking miles long.

ONLY ONE "CERTAIN" WAY TO BEAT THE LEDGER.

Materialism says, “Buy your way out.” The politician says, “Legislate.” The army says, “Fight.” Industry says, “Work.” The philosopher says, “Think.” But Jesus says, there’s no way out but through Me. Jesus will save you by His grace, and He’ll save you all by Himself or you won’t be saved at all. When you are saved by the grace of God, you are saved instantly, and you are saved eternally. Your goodness is not enough to save you and your badness is not enough to keep you away. Jesus loves you so much that He died to save you.

There are many examples, but here's a simple one.

In many Christian paintings, saints and angels are often drawn with halos on their heads. The idea of using halos actually derives from worship of the sun :)

In my opinion, people basically took many pagan ideas of that time, mixed it with Jesus' teachings (perhaps his Jewish family values), and called it Christianity.

That isn't a bad thing, but its evidence that Christianity is not a totally unique religion.

Your thoughts?

I'm a christian and and sometimes I feel like God is not always there with me(even though he is) its just I pray for things, and help, but everything in my life remains the same, nothing changes, for example I keep praying that I will not be as nervous and shy at school all the time, and for him to help me find ways to help me with that, but I still am nervous and scared all the time. How do I know hes there when he dosen't help me ro give me answers....? And why do some peoples family memebers get to live and others die, like my younger sister just died little bit ago, and then my friends mom was sick with cancer, and just got cured, I mean this is so unfair..lifes unfair..whats wrong?

please help

Why are there so many religions that pre-date Christianity, If Adam and Eve where the first people, made by god, they would have been the first Chirstians, all their children would have been brought up beliveing in god. So where did the greek gods come from, and the Egyption gods, both predate Christianity?

How do you tell the difference between these two things without describing one in terms of the other? What makes something truth?

Do you agree? Give reasons to support your answer and show that you have thought about different points of view. You must refer to Christianity in your answer.
