Are they all in hell right now?
Seems to me that this kind of punishment would be extraordinarily unfair since none of them could EVER have heard of god or jesus.
But according to your dogma, they are all burning in the flames of hell right now and they'll never get out.
Honestly, is your magic sky-pixie really that unjust?

Kait,
So, you're saying that these stone-age people are in or going to hell (you guys keep changing your minds about when that's supposed to happen) if they were'nt able to recognize god in nature?!?
Is that REALLY what your religion teaches? Because buddy, everytime one of you answers my questions, it makes me happier and happier that I'm an Atheist...

So do Atheists just have a problem with the Christian God or what? I'm not a Christian but believe in this sky pixie you mention, but my sky pixie is just and fair.

I need to make it clearer? Ok...I'm not a Christian but I believe in God...I don't think God would send innocent people to hell. Christianity and the Bible are man made institutions, God exists without them. I choose not to follow any organized religion for that reason.

Ask again if I need to clear it up some more.

I don't think that the people who lived around the stonehenge worshipped the sun. I think they were farmers who orgainized and pooled their resources for a big building project that acted like a calendar so that they could more precisely monitor growing and harvest seasons for better yields.

Why assign them to Hell?

Ok. Now somebody said this question before. But for somebody to not to hear of God or Jesus would get a chance to hear it and decide for themselves. (Hey, I think it's like on Judgment day or something...) I mean I know you don't believe in the afterlife, because most Athiests believe that once you die, that's it. But that is what is believed to happen.(This view is not shared by everybody) The book does mention that everybody (Even the dead) will be judged by what they've done in their lives. But those who didn't know, will get a chance.

I don't think reasonable Christians think that way. You have to realize that there are 2 types of Christians. Those that understand the spirituality of their religion, and those that don't. The trick is telling them apart.

Some weak minded people believe in sky pixies over science because of fear. No one is wrong or right in this situation because this is their opinion.

No one has the right to answer this question for God alone is the judge of all people both now and then!

No one is in HeLL yet. The Judgment has not yet occurred. At that time Christ will weigh those who lived under the New Law with their Testament and those under the Old Law with their Testament. You and I have nothing to do with judging others. HE will be in charge of that... "and the Books will be opened." have a great evening.

All people are accountable to God whether they have “heard about Him” or not. The Bible tells us that God has clearly revealed Himself in nature (Romans 1:20) and in the hearts of people (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The problem is that the human race is sinful; we all reject this knowledge of God and rebel against Him (Romans 1:21-23). Apart from God's grace, God would give us over to the sinful desires of our hearts, allowing us to discover how useless and miserable life is apart from Him. This He does for those who reject Him (Romans 1:24-32).
In reality, it is not that some people have not heard about God. Rather, the problem is that they have rejected what they have heard and what is readily seen in nature. Deuteronomy 4:29 proclaims, “But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.” This verse teaches an important principle: everyone who truly seeks after God will find Him. If a person truly desires to know God, God will make Himself known.
The problem is, “there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God” (Romans 3:11). People reject the knowledge of God that is present in nature and in their own heart, and instead decide to worship a “god” of their own creation. It is foolish to debate the fairness of God sending someone to hell who never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Christ. People are responsible to God for what God has already revealed to them. The Bible says that people reject this knowledge, and therefore God is just in condemning them to hell.

Actually, I don't think they are. I asked our priest a similar question eons ago and he said if the person had been good, he/she'd be in heaven. I realize I'll get loads of thumbs down, but that's how I see it.
