To get the spiritual dirt out of your spiritual hair?
You probably need to be more specific. Jews, Christians, and Muslims all have their own spiritual baths, generally as a ritual cleansing for what has happened (e.g. menstruation) or what will happen (e.g. baptism).

like aura cleansing you mean ?
i dont go in for this to be honest ... my aura is fine without or without it
but some feel that it cleanses away any negativity that is in your area
leaving it more possitive etc
