gardinian and dont involve too much of crowley. I understand this is rather difficult but i am trying to find some good teachings on the basics of the beliefs of craft, such as the importance of the waxing and waneing moon, the interations of Goddess, God and their impact on seasons, spiritual path and hedge witch practices and rituals. if anyone can reccormend courses I would be greatful too - i have tried to find such things and posted questions on other sites but for all the information given no one ever reccormends actual books or things to read. I have been trying t understan this for about 4 years now and still keep coming up with dead ends.

Why so many religions?

Why are there so many religions when there is only one holy bible and yet there are so many versions to it? I am so confused. I have just recently started to read the bible and going to church, bible studies, etc. Why do some religions tell you, you can't celebrate this or you can't do this on this day? I just don't understand all that? The church I attend is a baptist church, I really enjoy this church because it is nothing like the"Do's and Don'ts". The pastor preaches directly out of the bible and not out of the religion..I like that..and they don't expect nothing more of you than what you already are. Me, I say I am a catholic but I'm only by word of mouth, I don't know anything of this religion only know of Lent. I am just confused on the religion issue.

If this doen's make any sense I apologize, I am new at this.

Why do we need anything more than the Gospels of the New Testament?

In my opinion the rest of it is mostly pointless and or intended to promote organized religion and obediance to humans. What is your opinion?

If God is the creator of all things, and he is omnipotent and omniscient...?

Then why did he create Lucifer/Satan knowing all the BS and pain it would cause Him and his followers? Kind of a dick move by God, no?

Why do some christians ignore science and world history for their bible?

i hear a lot of christians say that the world is only 6000 years old and that there was a great world flood but science and history disputes all that. i answered a question about this already but i really want to know why some christians ignore history and science for their bible and dont give me the line "satan made all those lies up to people" either because that doesnt answer the question it just makes you look bad as a religion/relationship.

If the Bible's God is so known to smite evildoers on the spot and to send plagues to evil nations...?

Why hasn't he smitten Bush, Osama, the pederast priests, or Castro?

Why did Pinochet, Pol Pot, Hitler, Napoleon, Hiro Hito, Idi Amin, Ivan the Terrible GET AWAY WITH IT???

And why hasn't He sent the Black Death to 'evil nations' like Iran, South Korea or Crawford, TX??

Is he running out of will or stamina? Or perhaps all this god thing is none but a sham for the gullible to swallow???
