GREAT QUESTION!-I think a lot of people are so hung up on the crusades, they just keep bringing them up. we all know that those who committed those atrocities, can never have been real Christians to begin with - Christ taught us different! so the persecution continues for those , who need to make today's Christians feel like crap, for what happened a long time ago! That isn't really an argument any longer is it ? but yet you will see many who still are accusatory today, and because of sheer mental inability ask stupid question on the subject! very narrow minded if you ask me!

Ummm...you're insecure, so you write about being persecuted by Christians? O_o.
I would say no. As a Christian, that's just annoying to hear. It was never fashionable to begin with.

I thought the fashionable ideal was for Xians to pretend that as the majority, and the group with the most power politically, that they are the ones still being persecuted. Everytime I see one of them declare that, I have to laugh at them.

Why pretend to be persecuted by anyone? Stand up for yourself and get some backbone. Most people have respect for that, even your enemies.

That's not a lifestyle I would choose, but some people find pleasure in being persecuted. It gives someone a reason to complain, which might make them happy.

There seems to me to be a good portion of persecution of Christians on this board.

This is a remnant of the days when there did nit exist anti-racial, anti-semitic laws and no political correctness.
Having said this, some of it may still exists ubnder-cover!

Yes. But you have to also imply that you are trying to help free them from their delusions while at the same time being incredulous that they are so hostile.
Get a wide-eyed innocent looking avatar. That helps.
