Look at them. Not even bothering to post any fake "evidence" supporting their side. Not trying to "stump" us with questions like "OMG! If we came from monkeys, why are their still monkeys?!?" All they're doing is trying to tell us evolution is a religion (in horribly un-origional ways), and then patting eachother on the back.

"Evolution is a RELIGION! Take that! Amirite?"
"Dude! Sweet! You totally PWNED them! They'll see we're right now!"
"Hur hur, totally!"

How pathetic is that? I come here to be entertained, this is getting old.

When was the last time you saw a "OMG Jesus was a homosexual!" or a "Mary was a tramp!" rant from a Muslim. I know I see a lot of "Muhammed was a pedophile" and "Muhammed was a liar" and stuff like that on here. Kinda shows you where you stand huh?

This came up in an evolution thread. Several people said third graders should get to ask questions and if evolution is so great, then they'll get answers and everything will be fine.

I don't think I got to ask questions in third grade. I asked once why you couldn't divide by zero, and my teacher just said, "It's a rule." I thought that was stupid until several years later when I had Calculus. But...if she had tried to explain it then, I would never have understood it.

I once asked my dad why the sky was blue and he tried to explain atmosphere absorption theory (he's a geek, what can I say). Needless to say, it was a disaster.

Should children ask questions of their teachers about evolution when they can't possibly understand the answers? Should they do the same for math, history, and other sciences? Or should we just expect them to learn it and they'll understand the reasons why when they get older?

but Christians constantly preach intolerance of others, especially Non-Christians and Gays? Especially when their religion is supposed to be based on tolerance love and peace? Why do they always insult and act superior to those who have different beliefs, and don't they know that Jesus most likely would be very upset with their actions?

Since Christians do not perform magick, and other supernatural acts such as levitation casting spells, and other occult activities, how can we respond when an unbeliever says that is proof the occult is stronger? How would we explain why God does not allow humans to do these things? Should we simply say that Satan is performing the acts, and he leads humans to believe they have supernatural powers simply to deceive them?

Qur’an 8:60 “Infidels (non-muslims) should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them.”
Bukhari:V4B52N260 “The Prophet said, ‘If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him!’”
Qur’an 5:51 “Believers, take not Jews and Christians for your friends.”
Bukhari [4:52:177]: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him!"

Bukhari, V1B4N234: "A group of people from the Oreyneh and Oqayelh tribes came to the prophet to embrace Islam, the prophet advised them to drink the urine of the camels. Later on when they killed the prophet's shepherd, the prophet seized them, gouged out their eyes, cut their hands and legs, and left them thirsty in the desert to die."

Such is a peaceful religion that does not threaten civilisation.

In the Orthodox christian faith, the fathers of the church wrote emphatically that there is no such thing as a pure "accident" and even what you think to be an accident is no accident at all, but permitted by God and known to Him a priori. So if you are in a car crash, are attacked by bandits and hurt, fall off a cliff, develop an illness - Christianity says none of these are "accidents". God foresaw them and permitted them for His reasons. Let me hear opinions from religious Jews, christians, & Muslims. Reply specifically and precisely to my question. Thanks

God is Love...
How can someone cut the throat of another inthe Name of God?
Or drop radio-active bombs on civilians...
And still hopes to go to paradise?
Isn't it time to look somewhere else for Truth?

You don't have to like it. It exists whether you want it to or not. Just like the theory (yes, it's a theory too) that the earth revolves around the sun (which is also contradicted by the Bible).

Note: The word "theory" does not mean "guess".

Explain the difference between a covenant and a contract. Give concrete examples. Give some examples where swearing oaths is necessary and discuss why they are required. What is the guarantee on a contract? What is the guarantee for a covenant? What is the conditional self-malediction (self-curse) about?

Have you heard of this person?

http://pewforum.org/news/display.php?NewsID=6400

He teaches children to interrupt their teachers and to badger them with "questions", but to ask a volley so that the teacher has no hope of addressing them all. The parents take their children and teach them that their textbooks are lies.

I know that freedom of religion is important, but should this guy be stopped somehow? He's basically teaching children to agressively interupt their teachers and to disrupt classroom time. Surely that's against something. I mean, at the very least, the children might need to be sent to the principal or something if they keep trying to talk over their teachers and refuse to listen.

Is this covered by freedom of speech even though it teaches children to knowingly disrupt classes? What about the freedom of the other children to listen and learn? Isn't that being infringed on? I'm confused.

Sylvia Browne told the family of missing Shawn Hornbeck he was dead shortly after the Missouri boy vanished - and later allegedly offered to help locate his body for $700 per half hour.

The popular TV clairvoyant appeared on the “Montel Williams Show” in February 2003, four months after Shawn disappeared, and told Pam and Craig Akers she believed their son was “no longer with us.”

She also advised that his body could be found in a wooded area 20 miles from their Richwoods, Mo., home, near two large jagged boulders.

Yet the boy was found alive...4 years later.

Technically, it is a question, but it really doesn't ask for information. It's only selling religion.
