Christians do not perform magic because sorcery does not bring glory to God. The people that practice witchcraft perform sinful acts that God does not favor. God does allow some christians to perform miracles, such as Moses and the red sea or the apostles healing people in Jesus' name.

The simplest method for me to recognize that is by way of contemplating it in phrases of Warfare. When you rise up at the battlefield you're extra open to assaults. Satan isn't concerned approximately you whilst you're hiding within the foxhole. I consistently get hammered whilst I begin running for God. I fail plenty....equal factor circumstances, expenses, parties, however God consistently simply says. Lets do that once more. So again to the battlefield we move. Continue together with your combat. Be inspired. I will pray for you † Sanctified Prayer Warrior †

If read correctly, the Christians' bible IS a manual on how to perform magick, the greatest figures in the bible WERE magicians, Moses, Jesus, Samson(magic hair), and yet the Christian condemns all things occult while at the same time celebrating their biblical Jesus-figure's magickal prowess. An a s s-backwards religion if you ask me.

There are many miracles that can be performed by one with a developed and concentrated mind.
"The Miracle of Psychic Power
"And what is the miracle of psychic power? There is the case where a monk wields manifold psychic powers. Having been one he becomes many; having been many he becomes one. He appears. He vanishes. He goes unimpeded through walls, ramparts, and mountains as if through space. He dives in and out of the earth as if it were water. He walks on water without sinking as if it were dry land. Sitting cross-legged he flies through the air like a winged bird. With his hand he touches and strokes even the sun and moon, so mighty and powerful. He exercises influence with his body even as far as the Brahma worlds."
Sounds impossible? That's because we know only about material things and nothing about powers of a concentrated mind.
Read this wonderful teaching "Kewaddha Sutta" of Lord Buddha where he even explains how to achieve such a state with unique examples:

Christians can perform magic and many do. Many magical systems are based on the Abrahamic model. People in the Bible perform magic all the time, but Christians choose to call them something else. The Bible specifically forbids certain types of magic (mostly for political reasons having to do with the activities of cultures around them and their leaders desire to be seperatist) but not all, and encourages other forms. Healing, energy work, dream interpretation, angel magic, it's all there.
And frankly, many occultists don't care what your God allows since many of us don't believe in him, and many who do don't worship him. The rest do. And believe their power comes from him. Are you going to argue with them?

William James gave a lecture called "Reality of the Unseen". He states that paranormal experiences does not make them a nut, but is an event that happened that can be explained by some circumstances, one of these being divine intervention. I basically took from it is that people's paranormal experiences can be explained through science, but science doesn't have the knowledge to explain it, at least at this point in known science.

Christians don't do magick?
Are you sure?
I mean, they don't want things?
And they never focus on the things they want (oh, excuse me, on the things that they don't want)?
And they never put any worry, or hope, or need, or feelings of energy into the things they have focused on (there I go again, I mean on the things that they didn't want and that they never focused on)?
And finally they never release or give up on these things?
They aren't human?
God doesn't allow people to do as He did?
Are you sure you're a Christian?

Because the true God is not about magic. Who wants to worship a magician anyway?

first off it would have to more than mere imagination as is the case.the main reason nothing ever makes sense of these things is they are false as in unreal and only confusion can explain a lie as true. that's why they call it superstition.

Yes...
When God works nowadays, He usually doesn't work through people... this would make most people really prideful, and make them feel that they're really important.
But evil depends on pride.
