The link below is to a video on the PBS website which shows scientists trying to rationalize the big bang and also touches on string theory. Really pay attention to what these "experts" are saying, and consider the imagination (and determination to be right) required to concoct such theories, as well as the lack of any indicative or supporting evidence whatsoever.
And yet, the Bible? Phoooey they say...

By the way, the whole site itself is very interesting, and I would advise anyone to review the videos relating to our origins, and then consider the "logic" and "reasoning" used by many scientists.

The phrase "clash of civilizations" means the idea that some people in the world consider cultural differences so important that they want to fight over them.

What culture feels this strongly?

Well, look for a culture where the people have very strong opinions about other cultures. Stuff like:

"No one in America has a father!"
"Everyone is naked and having sex in America!!!"

Ring a bell? Sure, you guessed it, its the Islamic world! Oh, and this isnt for debate, they taken polls on this (Google PEW middle east attitudes), and yes, they hate hate hate American CULTURE, or western culture.

Why are there almost know Muslim olympic atheletes? Remember, there are 1.6 bllion of em!!! How many Islamic muscians do you know? Actors? Movies? At best, you have some resteraunts.

These are all items of CULTURE. They dont practipate cause they are taught to HATE THESE ASPECTS OF OUR CULTURE. GET IT?

Maybe we should live like them, separated from the opposite sex...

The Dallas Morning News 9/28/03 p.1,10S had a story about the sad plight of Muslim Nigerian girls who were married very young, got pregnant and had labor before their small bodies were ready. It was actually somewhat of a gross story, basically of many girls who needed C-sections but did not get them. Many survived, but could not have any children due to their perforated uteruses.

This is for the sake of education. Those who don't believe just ignore this because I don't need any asinine comments LOL...

A friend of mine has been trying to create a collection of spells that she thinks are high quality but the only one's she can find are online. She doesn't know if any of them are worth putting in her collection (aka book of shadows or something like that) so anyone that has any love spells THEY have tried PERSONALLY and KNOW they truly work would you mind posting them? Also share your results! It would also be interesting to document in her collection!

How does that make it true? Why does there have to be a beginning if there has to be a beginning. And god made everything then who made god. You say well he’s always been around. But to your logic that is impossible. I don’t see how it is possible for god to always exist. But it is not possible for the atom that was there before the big bang to always of been there. I don’t think either are necessarily true. Some people say it has to be one or the other but I see that as irrational thinking. I think the big bang is alot more probable then the god theory.

It drives me nuts! I just posted a question asking why Judaism is considered the oldest religion. Everyone says because they are refering to MONOTHEISTIC religions.

Here's my explaination:
Hinduism has one god. Not several gods like the pagans did, like the Greeks and such. OUR one god, has multiple forms, with different names.

Now what are your thoughts?

Do some research and stuff, before you think that Hinduism is a polytheistic religion.

I am sure GOd prohibits us to eat abondous of food. but I want to start working out, and in order to do that, I am suppose to eat alot to get bigger. but that goes totally against muslim belief of eating moderatly. can some one suggest something that I can to do to bulk up with protein, but at same time not eat fully.

To kill is wrong, to steal is wrong, to hurt is wrong and most respectable sects say it so. So why would a religious person kill in Gods name, Why do people feel it to be right to massacre another belief to make the undefined culture under their own following, is this Gods will? By this, I mean to say, it is wonderful to preach your beliefs unto others, yet do it sparingly. Every day I do this task, just look at my profile. Yet, so many closed-minded, one-sided believers say that I am wrong. I do not damn any God, I believe that those who preach their way, or that damnation is certain, are wrong. Does anyone feel this way? I must apologize; normally I feel my questions are better thought out, yet tonight, I have been drinking, which is a sin to some, yet OK by others and again, I apologize…Just curious what you think.
