I'd like to know the answer for this important question:

- when we ask why God let an innocent man die for the sins of others, the reply is that Jesus (the man part of him) had free will and he had the choice to accept or refuse.
- when we ask why Catholic pray to Mary, the reply is that Mary had a free will and she accepted to carry Jesus the baby .. She had the choice to refuse.
- when we ask why mankind were created sinful by God according to christian doctrine , the reply is because Adam had a free will and he chose to disobey God .. He had to choice to obey him.

Both Christians and Muslims agree than God doesn't interfere with our decision although he knows we will do them.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

That’s evil, you have to believe in god’s son to have eternal life and not perish

When I ask about Catholic opposition to the death penalty, the other Christians were adamant about their support for it and against Catholic teachings, why?

A man unhappy with an Islamic association’s plans to build a mosque next to his property has staged pig races as a protest during afternoon prayers.

Craig Baker, 46, sold merchandise and grilled sausages Friday for about 100 people who showed up in heavy rain. He insisted he wasn’t trying to offend anyone with the pigs, which are forbidden from the Muslim diet.

“I am just defending my rights and my property,” Baker said. “They totally disrespected me and my family.”

After an exhaustive study of the Bible, I would define the word "Faith" to mean, "The power, vision and ability to create, accomplish or build something". Starting at Genesis chapter 1, I see where God 'Created' and throughout the Bible people built, made and accomplished many things by Faith. Do any Christians here in YA agree with this definition?

Also, why should we accept or even allow atheists to under define and even misdefine this very important word such as the definition given by Richard Dawkins, a prominent atheist currently criticizing Christianity. His definition is not even close to what Faith is yet so many people accept it, "Belief without proof". How would someone in the process of creating something be able to show scientific proof of something not yet made? This is where Hebrews chapter 11 explains further. What does science have to do with Faith?

This is in Genesis, the fourth chapter. God sent Cain away to a land where it would be hard to live, because Cain killed his brother. Ok, my question is, did God just create this land simply to send Cain there? It says in the Bible that Cain had a wife and bore a child. How were there people in this new land if it was just Adam, Eve, Cain and Abel on Earth? Did God just create random people who were the same age as Cain? Any thoughts or insights? thanks!

If God gave us the ability to choose him or not, isnt it fair to say that He doesnt know if we will or not choose to be saved? Therefore, God does not know "everything" because He doesnt know if i will accept him or not.

We All ( when I say All, I mean ALL as in Atheist, Darwinist, Christians, Muslim and the rest) have to agree that we really do NOT know what the truth is. We only speculate and agree to whatever pleases our senses. If we cannot atleast ALL agree on that, then we are doomed as a species. And your faith will not prevent that.
