I mean, GET REAL! Everybody talks about them like they are a fact or something....well I just dont believe. Apparently there is scientific evidence to prove it, but it does not satisfy my high level of skepticism.

Does that make soundwaves unapplicable to me?

yes, you are gonna think i'm a retard, but i go to a 47 student, k-12 Christian, private school, and we were in english class, i dont think i know how we got on this subject, but my teacher said ''[Harry Potter, sorcerer's stone] ...he[harry] uses the stone to get his power...", when in fact he doesnt use it at all because (quoting dumbledor) "you see, only one who wanted to find the stone - find it, but not use it - would get it, otherwise they'd just see themselves making gold or drinking the elixir of life" (bloomsbury, hp and the sc pg. 219).

obviously she is wrong.

Why cant he have more accountability for the money we pay in to the Church?
all my friends are put of from religion for one reason and one reason alone............................ we cant see where the money is going. Cant we have a open account SO all the church members can see after each collection how much money we have collected and then the whole church vote on where the money is spent. Would you give your cleener 20£ for your shoping and not ask for a recept NO not at all get real there are chirchs out there riping people of and i dont wont to give my Money well GODS money to crooks. most chirchis seem to keep their finances VERY secret Eney one elce feel the same ................................ Most people are liars. Greedy. Selfish. Usurers. No integrity. Few young people even have character, it's easier to just be a carbon copy of the latest bubblegum pop or hip hop idol. I'd be content to be in the company of animals. What can I do to like/love all of humanity, and stop anticipating malice from everyone? It honestly seems easier this way. I don't treat anyone bad, I just have problems observing the behavior of people and then loving them. I wish I could be like Jesus.

I want to start meditation in lotus position. I tried this meditation several times and wonder how you can meditate or concentrate if it is so painfull? Is it healthy? Can I damage my muscles or joints while meditating in this position? I am 30 years old.
I saw today the 16 ears old guy in India who was meditating for 10 months. How is it possible if it is so painfull?
