OR Two of the clean and unclean (Gen 7:8-9)

- Why does the Bible consider the bat a "Bird" where it really isn't? (And don't say a bird is an old word for eveything that flies, God knows better which are birds and which are not) (DEU 14:11-18)

How many years of famine were there?
Seven (II SAMUEL 24:13) or Three (CHRONICLES 21:11)?

I'm not sure of the Jewish religion but what do the Jewish think about Jesus? I might not have heard correctly but what i've heard is that they either don't believe in Jesus or think he hasn't been born yet or something like that. This is not meant to be a rude or insulting question I just want to know.

Where can I get a variety of religious literature from? I'm in Australia, but any stores online or on the ground would be good. and when I say variety I mean mostly non-christian stuff, as I want to broaden my mind a little and find out about other religions seeing as all I can find out about here is christianity.

My father is into buddism and the dali lama. He was raised catholic. The other day I was trying to explain why all the idols my mother puts up as nick nacks are bad. And they could be the reason for her poor health and anxiety and bad stuff happening. He was upset for suggesting that my mothr should rid of this particular one that just plain out gave me the creeps;Shiva head. He told me that the Bible was mans inturp on what God should be like.. I wanted to cry at this.. I nevr thought he was that gone.. he thinks karma is in the bible also.. How can I convince him Jesus Is the savior and the bible is Gods love letter to us.. Jesus Is comming soon.. I hate to loose him to the devil..

In the Qu’ran, are you asked to OBEY any other than God/Allah SWT? To the One we OBEY, then He is Lord! In the Qu’ran, Jesus/Isa (pbuh) says, "(I have come to you) To attest the Law (Taruat) which was before me, and to make lawful to you part of what was (before) forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from the Lord, SO FEAR GOD/ALLAH and OBEY ME!" (Surah 3:50).
In Truth, who is the Last Prophet? If Jesus/Isa (pbuh) is the Eternal UnCreated Word of God, living Forever speaking for God/Allah, Judging in the Judgment upon ALL MANKIND, both Christian and Muslim, chronologically, who is Last?
You must have the courage to answer this between you and God/Allah SWT.

Especially in the context of religion where people get very fanatical very quickly. Abuse and direct violent attacks can occur over something as minor as a few words on a page.
TO attack and kill someone because of a particular belief system has been a problem for a very long time.
Is this a form of mental illness, a deranged mind trying to
make sense of the non-sensical?

I mean instead of crying or bashing on the west that the west misunderstand islam and nobody know islam. isn't the action more speaking than talking? why not speak loudly to fanatics and tell them "HEY STOP KILLING PEOPLE AND SPEAKING IN THE NAME OF ALLAH". and made actions to stop fanatics.

OK for your knowledge, the violence came out of or under Islam made me really re-think about islam then after lots of research I decided to leave it forever. and I m sure many more people did the same and I know some, I have met them.
can't we stop hating each other based on Allah or God, can't we love each other? by the way, I believe war for interests are mUCH BETTER than war for allah or God, because interests can be met and we are done, both are bad though.

Do Muslims really think that the faithful will be rewarded with 72 Virgins? I thought the afterlife was supposed to be about separating ourselves from our material bodies and the wants and needs of materialism and becoming spiritual.

Jesus is the Christ. He is the only way to reconciliation with God. Believe in your heart that Jesus rose from the dead and confess that He is Lord. Trust in His death for eternal salvation and complete forgiveness of sin.

You can be saved from hell through Jesus Christ, no matter how unworthy you may think you are or seem to others. God loves you, and He has offered a saving hand. This is truth. Rejoice at the wondrousness of God's marvellous grace, free and available to all without restraint!

Trust in Jesus for salvation!
