There were many laws of Moses. I remember when there was a law forbidding abortion - now there is a law allowing it.
My point is that sure, go ahead and rape and then give up your coins and see how the laws have changed over the years. In the Bible, the laws as they were "on the books" were recorded. Laws change and they sure have - If you break a law of today, do you think the judge is gonna let you go because you stand up there and state "yeah, but this is the way they did it back in the days of Moses". Don't be an idiot. The year is 2006 - follow the secular laws of 2006. Render to that system of law what belongs to it, render to God those things that have always and still belong to God.

I think you should just forget the bible and follow your gut instinct.
If this tells you to rape a girl, I suggest you get professional help before you end up in jail being a$$ raped.
Rape is wrong, but I think you are just a smart man trying to make a statement, and I trust that rape isn't even on your mind.

For your information the bible content not only the word's of God but also the word of the devil and his disciples. So you much know first if it is the word's of God or not. according to the book of Daniel 12:9 "
And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand."

I think you should look into talking to the parents if you can have her hand in marriage first and don't even consider raping this girl at all. Rape is a crime, what if you go to jail because she laid charges on you? I would kill a man who raped my daugther being a parent.
Obviously if she refuses you then she is going to refuse having sex with you, forced sex is called statutory rape under the criminal code so please don't do it and have a level head. You want to be called a skinner! Life is not easy in jail for skinnners, they get beat up and raped by other men in jail is the reality of things.

Sounds like you are referring to and seriously mis-interpreting Old Testament Scripture. According to the New Testament Jesus said they we must obey the laws of the land.
As the Law of the Land says that Rape is illegal; somehow I don't think that 40 silver coins is going to get you anywhere but a 15 year stint in the State Pen.

Any book or publication that records historical facts does not necessarily condone the information they are displaying. That is like saying if a newspaper reports on a bank robbery that they agree with the criminal act. The Old Testament recorded many stories of what mankind did wrong as well as what they did right and how God planned to redeem them through Jesus if they would accept the sacrifice he offered.
