Forget the word HELL for a second. Lets look at it more as, Being cast away. In other words one choses not to listen or be with GOD and that request is granted. Is it a SIN to not except Jesus, no it's more a choice. You are a sinner regardless of your decission. The question is do you wanna pay the price of all your sina, or do you relise that you ARE a sinner and would rather let Christ pay it, which he did all ready. The biggest problem is we compair ourselves to others we know and see, and yet they are condemed themselves. I'm better than the other guy. GOD has a perfect law, hey he's GOD, what are you gonne do about it.
The first time GOD was asked what his name was he said very simple, YHWH, which means "I AM". He didn't say any thing like oh I own you. I'm the dude that you better listen too. A simple I exsist. People think GOD needs us to worship him, whatever, He needs nothing and offers everything. We as people we know we're wrong, but hey it's all about me. Don't hurt my feelings.
I was there myself. I'm an all about me kinda guy. Typical Navy Salior, enjoying my career. A total fool. Ask GOD what's right, not Yahoo, Yahoo and anyone here knows nothing. Yahweh said seek me with everything and you WILL find me. You wanna know the truth ask him. People we know nothing.
Confess Christ as your savior before men, and you too will be saved. Jesus also know as Yashua (meaning YHWH Saves), Paid the price. He was and is the only one ever to be perfect, which GOD always required in sacrifaces. The perfect lamb. Read your own heart, do you really consinder yourself good, if you do Jesus can do nothing for you. Ever hear honesty is the best, ask yourself again are you really good, or do you need Jesus.
Hey if you still consider yourself a GOOD person, then you'll spend forever being reminded that you aren't. seperated, knowing that you weren't. No way to change that decission ever again, Um HELL. Forever.
Don't be mad at me, it was your decission to make. You made it. Jesus said he came for EVERYONE, but he knew that few would ever take him up on his offer. Jesus called his people OVER COMERS, because he knew the world was a tuff thing to over come, but he also knew that many stopped themselves. Maybe IF Ohpra tells me there's a GOD maybe then I'll follow.
Dave@1god1love1way.com, I'll listen, pray, but still GOD is the one with the answers. ASK HIM.

The sin against the holy spirit is unforgivable. One of these sins is not recognizing the works of the spirit as the early religious group of Jews did, they rejected Jesus. They knew that the spirit is at work in Jesus and they know that he is in fact the Son of God but they rejected him.
But this does not meean eternal torment in hell or eternal life in heaven.
Those who have the privilege to co-rule wiht Jesus in GOd's Kingdom (little flock) have a limited number. Those meek ones who will inherit the earth (great crowd, beatitudes) will remain on a paradise earth-
"Far be it from the Almighty God to act wickedly and unjustly!" He would not create a hell of torment. Religious leaders created the idea to sow fear in the hearts of many and convert them but in effect many turns away because of ´such false teachings.

This is a very subjective question. A Christian will say yes, it's a sin, but a Jew and a Muslim like me will surely say no. Muslims believe that Jesus Christ the son of Mary (peace be upon him) is only an apostle/messenger/prophet of God just like other prophets that came before him and after him, i.e. Muhammad (peace be upon him). Nonetheless, in Islam, Jesus Christ is regarded as one of the 5 mightiest messengers of God out of so many of them and Muslims also recognise him as the Messiah while our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is recognised as the Seal of Prophets. Plus, Muslims believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) is still alive (Muslims do not believe in the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus unlike Christians) and we also believe in the second coming of Jesus (peace be upon him) in the End of Time to fight the Anti-Christ.

Absolutely! Without Christ as one's personal Savior, glorious LORD and without the infilling of the Holy Spirit so that the Christian may walk in the light as He is in the Light, to have continous and increasing fraternal fellowship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, then their is no hope. For without Christ it is impossible to please God, for those who come to God, must believe in Christ wholeheartedly. This relationship with God must also be extended out to those around them. Christianity is not just fire insurance it is sweet communion of the saints of God who are constantly being the witness of Christ in the world. This witness is what identifies and declares that truly Jesus was sent into the world to save us from our sins. By that lifestyle of living - Christlikeness do we show, share, communicate, live and breathe the fragrance of Christ, share the light of the gospel of the face of Christ, make known the Love of God that is found in Christ, Show forth that God has everything in control and all things work to the good of them that are called into Christ Jesus.

Accepting Jesus is not a Biblical teaching, it is only a couple of generations old, but the confession of Christ as Lord for salvation is the most major decision anyone will ever make in their lives.
Romans 10:9 "...that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."

If you can not accept that Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that he died for or sins and raised from the dead, then you will not go to heaven. God Bless. Love. Amen.

If a person does not receive Jesus then they are still in their sin. Jesus tells us In John 3:18 that the unrepentant sinner is already condemned because of his non-belief. He knows of Jesus, he knows that Jesus can save him, yet he refuses to repent and accept our Lord's invitation to salvation. Sin is not what sends a person to hell---rejection of Christ is what sends a person to hell. God will not allow sin into heaven, and the only way for a person to clear his account with God is through the blood of Jesus.

Is it not glaringly obvious?
To the believers it's yes..to non believers of course not.
The reality is that the fence sitters take an each way bet, no obvious following of Christianity maybe even denial...but on death they do expect a christian burial ...just in case!

Hmmm interesting question...... A sin is a "transgression" (i.e. of the Law) but the essence of Christ is not Law but Grace. Its very philosophical, but in as short as I can try to explain, "sin" is a transgression of God's moral laws, but Jesus is not a "moral law". Jesus is a sacrificial offering to us that we might find atonement. If you reject Christ, you keep your sin; but if you accept him you find atonement. Rejecting Christ is surely not a good thing, but I wouldn't exactly describe it as a "sin". I don't really know how to explain it... The atonement we find in Christ which leads to our salvation is a gift from God, so rejecting him is embracing your sin, but embracing Christ is to let your sin go.
