That would be case to case basis and if that would be the case then I have no other choice but to follow what my parents are. For to one would teach me how would it it be to be thankful to the almighty GOD who created things. The best thing is I have believe in GOD.
All the while the teachings of relegion is for the good of all people. Their is nothing wrong in a relegion, unless otherwise you really follow the good teachings of it. What becomes bad is that so many of us are really very bad because they do not profess what is being spoken of their mouth. They worship by their lips and not by their heart. I would be a Muslim for my upbringing is from the family, from my environment, from my friend so be it, that is my foundation of my belief rather than having no GOD to be worthy of my existence.

A large majority of people simply adhere to what is the norm within their family and/or society.
A person who is Christian-Catholic, Christian-Protestant, Muslim-Shia, or Muslim-Sunni is very likely to have simply adopted the beliefs of his family and/or society, even though he may not believe deeply or practice religion.
It seems there are few people who really attempt an objective examination of "truth" and conduct a deep examination of themselves. How can something be true simply because you have believed it from childhood?
Perhaps it is due to the fact that most people "inherit" religion that many people do not truly practice religion.

I'd still be a Baha'i. There are more Baha'is in Iran than where I grew up and first learned about it. I grew up American, my parents are/were American, Christianity was/is the religion of my parents, many friends, etc. I'm Baha'i. I see no reason why I would not be a Baha'i in Iran, the birthplace of the Baha'i Faith.

Well if you grow up with areligion you usually remain in that religion... So unless you research other religions and like the other religions it is rare for you to change religions, as this affects not only your life on earth but your afterlife (whether you believe there is one or not)

People are accepting Christ in Iran today, even though it's very difficult to live the Christian life there. The Spirit of God is moving there, as well as in other parts of the world.
