"...a sabbath of rest: whosoever doeth work on this day shall be put to death."

If the Bible was written 6 thousand years ago, that means this law was followed for 4 thousand years.

I wonder how many people were put to death?

Did the Priest of the time do the killing themselves, and did they get to keep all the money from the person they put to death?

Are the Priest who did the killing in Heaven now?

What about Native Americans? Did they go to Hell for working on the Sabbath?

I had had it w/ my boyfriend, sobbing on a rainy night. I walked around a 24hr store confused, praying God to show me that if not my current bf, then who? I actually prayed that if I got in my car and started driving we would get into an accident (not an injuring one) the very moment I left store. I prayed so specifically b/c I couldn't stand what I considered God's silence anymore, even though I really was making my own decisions. No sooner than I was block from the store, I noticed a car about to cross my path, not apparently slowing while I neared the intersection/stoplight. He didn't stop until he was well w/in the middle of the intersection. I was only a few feet from his side door area while we were stopped there for a moment. That could have banged up the cars some. I was in awe, and I couldn't tell what his face meant. Still, I honked out of irritation due to his mistake, he drove on and I haven't seen him since. Am I crazy to think anything of it, at all?

The soul and the body die at the same time.
The spirit returns to God like the spirit of Christ did when He died.
The flesh and the soul die at the same time.
The soul is nothing more than our sensation.
Dead people have no sensation or memory.
Some things are true and beyond your perception.
Other things are true if God sees fit for you to believe Joh 3:27

Allegedly during World War I, British Forces discovered an ancient copy of the written Quran in a Mosque in Turkey. Many years after it was confirmed to be the personal copy of one of Muhammad's wives (Umar), the British allegedly offered it to the Saudi family (after World War II) on two conditions.

The first condition was that the Saudis give British companies exclusive contracts for all crude oil from the Saudis' territories and;

The second condition was that the Saudis preserve the Umar Quran for all Muslims everywhere.

The rumor is that the Saudis refused the deal on both accounts. The Saudis knew they could get better prices on the open market and they wanted to destroy the Umar Quran (as Uthman had attempted, but was prevented) since it differs in certain aspects from the Uthman version.

Since the Umar Quran does not belong to the British it should be released to rightful owners. However, if the Umar Quran does differ it would cause worldwide chaos!

Me, prefer the present with God;cuase a world without God is a world without

Love
Joy
Peace
Kindness
Gentleness
Meekness
Long-Suffering

It just would be an awful time and place to live if we did not have Jesus Christ.

And what about everybody else?

Has enough been done to preserve the Hindu flavor of indian society? Have other religious groups become too powerful and allowed to dwarf Hinduism? Are there efforts underway to preserve Hinduism?

I was always wondering if we can consider someone who was not and has becomed an atheist , is suffering of a kind of mental illness ? or in another point of view , atheism is the result of disbelieving in anything spiritual , due to personal research and reasoning, and the impossibility to accept what is illogic from religion ..?
