Allegedly during World War I, British Forces discovered an ancient copy of the written Quran in a Mosque in Turkey. Many years after it was confirmed to be the personal copy of one of Muhammad's wives (Umar), the British allegedly offered it to the Saudi family (after World War II) on two conditions.

The first condition was that the Saudis give British companies exclusive contracts for all crude oil from the Saudis' territories and;

The second condition was that the Saudis preserve the Umar Quran for all Muslims everywhere.

The rumor is that the Saudis refused the deal on both accounts. The Saudis knew they could get better prices on the open market and they wanted to destroy the Umar Quran (as Uthman had attempted, but was prevented) since it differs in certain aspects from the Uthman version.

Since the Umar Quran does not belong to the British it should be released to rightful owners. However, if the Umar Quran does differ it would cause worldwide chaos!

As good as Harry Potter.
The Uthman version is only a duplicate of he Umar version.
During uthmans time, alot of countries are accepting islam, hence the need for alot qur'ans, he borrowed the one first written under Abubakar(thats the same one you think is umar qur'an), duplicated it and returned it back .
And in your case, if the Umar's quran is still here, it should rather be in Saudi Arabia not in Turkey, and for your information, Saudi Arabia was never colonised.

Yes! The Old and newer (hopped up) version of the Quaran should be compared IN PUBLIC!

Then the moon worshippes would have to decide which is the EXACT WORD of their itty bitty demon god.

In use today;
There are many versions of the Quara'n;
Arabic + English versions by Yusuf Ali, Shakia, and Pictall.
