Some say it is the 30th of the month and others say it is the 31st(USA preferebly Dallas Ft. Worth area)

Well it is going to be in Saturday 30th. of Dec.2006, 6:00 AM, Mecca time.
So, try to see what time does correspond to your local time or around it.

Two "Eid's"
Eid ul-Fitr (Ramadan)
Eid ul Adha

This years Eid ul Adha was on December 30th in the USA..... 31st in Europe/ Middle East.... and 1st January in Pakistan

You should ask to mosque near you,
On Bandung (Indonesia) we have Eid on December 31st 2006
