Yes it is, because hell just means Grave. And there are lots of them here on earth.

depends.. if you mean hell that for torturing human then for me no.. hell is far more worse then all the terrible things that happen on earth put together...
Human get to decide where they want to go on earth.. either hell or heaven.. For me, earth is just a pit stop.. a place where we try to get as much as supply needed for the next journey...

Since Satan is known as the prince of the air and is ruler (temporarily) over the earth, I would say yes. Why do you think there is so much of everything evil here?
We can rise above it though with the help of Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
In the meantime, the good news is that it won't always be that way. When Jesus returns, Satan will be thrown into the lake of fire.
Personally, I can't wait for that day to come!

Hell IS Earth. A lot of people don't realize that this, the planet of Urantia (earth) (Pangaea) is torment by itself.
You pay taxes, right? Yeah, very hefty prices to pay to live free.
