Many say it's best to vent and talk with others when you're stressed. Or that you should continue looking for solutions. But sometimes, things can become so overwhelming when it's one thing after another, that it seems pointless to verbalize and/or explain the details to others? Even worse, is that when these things are out of your control, you face the fact that all you can do, is monitor how you respond to it all???
If you've been in this situation, did you just let go and let God, because you knew no human would have the answers? Or if you're not religious, did you decide to keep things to yourself, and take one day at a time? What did you do to stay strong? Well, I'm probably not explaining this correctly, but maybe someone will understand what I'm asking.
