For the 95%, yes -but it is unintentional, and they are not aware of it. For the other 5%-they are in charge, or so it seems.

If you believe anyone (anything) else is creating it, you're not taking responsibility for it.

If you're not taking responsibility for it, who will?

God helps those that help themselves. If you want to argue the point just sit there and wait for God to deliver your food.

To me this is a Yes and No Question? It depends if you're in fellowship or out of fellowship with God. If your out of fellowship with God, its the old saying; You make your bed you got to sleep in it. However, if you're in fellowship with God, than, where ever you are, or what particular situation you're in, is God's Will for you.

It's like the Apostle Paul who was a prisoner in a Roman prison, but didn't refer to himself as being a prisoner of Rome, but a prisoner of Christ. For Paul knew at that particular moment, it was within God's will, for him to be where he was!
