No. Lust is selfish desire, when you lust after someone, it's about pleasing yourself, and what they can do for you. You can also lust after money (greed) and beauty (vanity). If you want to have sex with your spouse, it shouldn't be out of selfishness, but out of a desire to please and bond with your spouse in a way that only sex can (which is why it's for marriage alone). It's good to be sexually attracted to your spouse, bc that means that you're looking at him or her, rather than someone else. However, if it's out of selfish motives, then it shouldn't be done.

Just love her like Christ loves the Church. If you were her what would you want?

She would want you to be touchy. Hug her. Kiss her. Touch her. After that she will get lusty (if you do it right).

Also, you had better be smelling good. As a woman, a stinky man is a bit of a turn off. Just shower, shampoo & shine. Encourage her to do the same. Get the best delicious fragrances out. Light the candles in the bedroom. The best smelling candles (Party light).

Yes, it is ok. It is good for the relationship. If she does not love you, it's time to move on and find someone else, who is more suitable for you, and who loves you completely.
As in the lyrics of James Darren's song, "All the Way" say:
When somebody loves you
It’s no good unless he loves you all the way
Happy to be near you
When you need someone to cheer you – all the way

Taller than the tallest tree is
That’s how it’s got to feel
Deeper than the deep blue sea is
That’s how deep it goes – if it’s real

When somebody needs you
It’s no good unless he needs you – all the way
Through the good old lean years
And for all the in-between years – come what may

Who knows where the road will lead us
Only a fool would say
But if you’ll let me love you
It’s for sure I’m gonna love you
All the way
All the way

(music) - All the way - (music)

come what may

Who knows where the road will lead us
Only a fool would say
But if you’ll let me love you
It’s for sure I’m gonna love you
All the way

You listen to the song and you'll see.
Good luck!
All the way

It is alright to admire your spouse, lust technically can exist in a marriage when one spouse is addicted to or has a selfish want for sexual arousal from their spouse without regard to whether their spouse wants to give it to them.

Of course that's okay.

And a little hint - your wife can get lusty, it usually just takes her a little longer to get there than for you.

It is not considered permissable for her to turn you down for intimate relations, without cause. She is to "assist" you in remaining "pure" in this way. So, to is her husand to do for her. Likewise, their should be some understanding between the two about the difference in sexual drive, the sex not dominate the relationship for each party, this will likely require some commitment on behalf of both parties.

Why is this a problem? And what difference does it make if she's "lusty" or not?

In God's eyes she IS your wife. That is not lusting at all. She should want to have you if you are sensitive and caring to HER needs. Be romantic about it, take it slow, run her a bath or what about a massage? Great ways to romance a lady...
