I feel frustrated! I go to a Christian school, and when Im at work most people laugh b/c I go to a school where the girls have to wear skirts, but we are on the college level with our school work I help my friend who is a freshman in college with her work and Im in the 11th grade! Not only do I get a good education, I learn more about God and Jesus and I feel like a better person. I dont take it as an insult when people say "ha ha you're a Chrisitan" thats more like a compliment, but when people say there's no God that's when I am offended. Like look at this beautiful earth and all of the complicated things in it, now how can anyone say that all of this happened by chance, or the ridiculous 'Big Bang' Every design has a designer, and I cant wait until I meet my designer. If you love someone as much as you claim you will endure persecution to stand up for them. I just hope that people who insult Christians will someday realize that they are wrong and will be in hell if they dont accept Christ

No, I think about the persecution Jesus went through which is far from what I will ever go through in my lifetime. I am glad to know that I am going to Heaven. Anyone that persecutes my beliefs may not be, but that is not for me to judge.

I don't like it and if I were not listening to Jesus I would probably say a lot more to these folks I find it hard to be nice when I read some of the things they say against Christ. My heart pounds and I want to fight, that is my natural man, but I do not want to disgrace the Lord with my temper, so I try to speak the way Jesus would. God help me some days it is hard, with these fools

You asked "How do you feel when you are insulted about being a Christian." My answer "High." Completely and totally HIGH. I am lifted up everytime someone trys to bring me down. God loves me, and everytime I am insulted, It makes me feel great, becuase I know I just took a hit for Jesus Christ. THATS AWESOME. I could never deinie the love of my savior, and to be able to show the love of God by loving those who pursicute me...what could be better? "Let not your heart be troubled." "Bless those who curse you." Blessed at they who are meak in spirit, for their's is the kingdom of God. To uplift the name of Jesus is my only goal, the hits I take, the cuts I receive, all part of the plan, all part of the amazing love God has given unto me, that I might be called a CHILD OF GOD!!!
God bless, and merry Christmas

Hi Jan,
When someone insults someone else just for being a Christian, they usually don't know much about Christianity to begin with. All you can do is try to let them know the truth, and let them decide for them selves. Which will lead to more insults(this is how you know you are on the right track).
Merry Christmas and to all a good night -cha-cha-cha.

People that insult you for being a Christian have little respect for themselves or you.
Do they really think that insulting you will improve their lot in life or make the world a better place? I doubt it. They're just be short sighted and ignorant with huge ego about their importance to the world.
Ignore them.

I feel challenged to demonstrate the reality of being a Christian. Jesus told us that "all men would know we're (His) disciples by our love." He did not say it would happen by our holiness or our correctness-political or otherwise- or any other quality, simply by our love. That particular criticism sets me seeking ways to express God's love to the critic.

C'mon already! Except for the occasional nutcase that needs to get back on their medication, no one is insulting Christians for being Christian. People are just pointing out the absurdity of trying to force the born-again version of Christianity down everyone's throat. Christianity is fine; it's the coercion to be more like you that is the problem.

I always think about what Jesus said. That they(the world)would hate me because it first hated Him. And you know I count it all joy. I love Jesus and I won't take it back. I admire, respect and love all that He has done for us. May God Bless
