There was a man who i was involved with about a year ago, who was going through a divorce. but when his wife found out about me, she flipped out and i told him he needs to decide. he chose her. i put a year distance between us; he could not contact me. in a year i contacted him. he said his wife got pregant; that he didnt want her to get pregnant but that i made him crazy when i put the year between us OK i said good bye again I had this dream: He was taking his pregnant wife to the doctor. i was in the backseat; she would look back and smile at me; totally ok that i was there. i went to the doctors office with them; when she went in him and I embraced and when she came out she caught us and i put down my arms; she smiled a bit because i showed respect not to do this in front of her. i felt geninue love and care for her and hoped she was not uncomfortable. then we all drove home together. what does this dream mean? thanks !!

My friend recently passed away in a car crash, god rest his soul, and in the obituary it said there will be calling hours on one day and a memorial service with a reception to follow the next day. (the burial service is private). I have never been to a funeral or anythin so could someone explain what goes on at both of these events?..and also what would be appropraite to wear to both? (for a girl)

I was listening to this song 3 minutes ago and something just made me feel sorry/guilty for not believing in god. Does this mean I'm turning into a believer....again? I really don't want this to happen, I still want to be an atheist, but why would I feel like that?

I figure they could easily call christians non-believers in truth. But then I guess you would get into an argument about what truth is. The thing is I wouldn't consider Atheist non-believer as they believe there is no higher power. And Agnostics believe the question of religion is un-knowable. Of course there are variations on these beliefs. Anyway what are your thoughts on this? Thanks.

There was a time when I'd regularly hear from anti-catholics that the Catholic Church is like Fort Knox and should sell all its Catherdals and church property and close its hospitals, missions, orphanages etc and give all its scared art, literature and archives away, yet today I see more and more multi-millionaire preachers building Mega-church buildings shouldn't they do what the Catholic critics recommend as well?

The thought came to me as I was trying to go to sleep. I had been looking at photos of my ancestors and relatives and I wondered how much of them was me. Is there something I am that they were not.? Where could this piece come from? Could there be a mathamatical equation that showed what pieces of them added up to me.

We all agree that we have secular government that’s not based on religious in the main time we are a country where freedom of religion is the constitution. Why some people making big deal out of it? Is it just because the Governor is black and some people still can’t get rid of segregation. Some white racists trying to find meaningless way to cause trouble to him or because in Government they are some evangelical extremists who don’t believe in other religions? Or are we explicitly not a secular Government but most of us don’t know?

they host various sporting competitions without any of their players.
the fact is that they cannot play any sport but go on to host: football, tennis, rugby, cricket, golf, and many, many more. despite all this they have not produced a single sporting hero.
if they didn't have so many wives then perhaps they may have a little energy left for sport.

because the people who use the word are ignorant!

Now how are Christians ignorant? doesn't ignorant mean 1.without education or knowledge
2.Exhibiting lack of education or knowledge
3. Unaware or uninformed

so if THERE ignorant that must be because all the bible bashers have READ the bible and UNDERSTAND it and don't LACK any information, RIGHT! because I'm dang sure more Christians have went through much much more education than atheists.
