I believe in evolution and yes I believe in God. I just dont get why people from both sides of the equation feel that you have to have one or the other. Could it be both are right and both are wrong in some aspects?

I find it ludicrous that the religious side feels that evolution threatens the existance of God and atheists feel this solidifies their argument to the non-existence of God and it somehow strengthens their argument.

Both are wrong really, its been scientifically proven evolution exists. God is a little harder to prove. However I pose this to atheists...if science and evolution proves their thought on the non-existance of God then tell me where in the science of the entire universe has anything ever evolved from nothing? Fact is, nothing! So there your argument that we evolved from nothing proves irrelevant. Nothing in this universe comes from nothing. Can both sides please try to be a little more open minded and atleast agree with me somewhat?

Me and parents are arguing like most teens do, but the arguments are a constant nonstop with me and my Dad, i mean most of the time its seems he just doesnt seem to care about whats important to me, but I know that God doenst want me to disrespect him, but its so hard not to talk back, because i want him to understand, i pray for strentgh to not get upset and to please him and agree with him even though i completley disagree with him in my mind, but i still need some advice, what do i do?, advice or link to websites with articles would help, i just want to be a true christian daughter.

well he asked me how old i am, fav. colors (he was gonna draw me a pic haha), he thought i was a sophomore but am a freshmen. usually he starts convos w/ me and another guy in a group. makes a lot of eye contact w/. me when he talks to me or sometimes other. sometimes. asks me what i am gonna do tonight. he introduced himself first to me. and he said hi to me in the hall by nodding and i think a smilewas there somehow. is being straight up friendly or what? i swear this is my second day w/ him and we get along fine

Suppose I declare myself the final prophet, and all final prophets before me were false or corrupted. Jesus was supposed to be the final Prophet, but God changed his mind and made Muhammad the final one. Which means he can change his mind again, and make me the final Prophet, which he did.

Next, I invent a religion which instructs followers that God hates all humans but the true believers (my new religion). God has manadated that we purge the world of unbelievers, irrespective of whether they have had a reasonable opportunity to learn his new religion (sounds familiar, I know).

Ok, so I make a book and declare it the word of God. I even have fancy designs on the book and declare that God doesnt really want us to worry about the substance of the book, but merely recite it, yell it out.

You must respect my religion right? No? Not enough followers you say? Ah, we merely quibble over the stage of my religions growth.

not to be mean to christianity but i am a logical person and i dont believe in god simply because science and the Darwin theory and all that has a bunch of evidence backing it up. but still can someone christian tell me why they believe in god? im just curious, im not trying to insult religion or anything. oh and the big bang is a proven theory, so dont start with that. oh and also, if there is a god, and we are all "sinners" why doesnt he just destroy us? and i find it hard to believe that ghandi or einstein went to hell, if there is a hell.

Indian muslim/Pakistan or Hindustan?
I am an Indian Muslim and I dont know which country should I support. Any muslim country like Pakistan or my own non muslims (Hindus) majority India.
