I asked this last night and got wonderful responses. I'm asking again because different R&Sers show up at different times of day.

What object -- a *tangible* item -- has deep spiritual significance to you? Why?

The anti-Islamic people are trying very hard to prove the Quran contradict with science. They claimed that the Quran stated the sperm in originated from the backbone from the Surah AthThariq 5-7.

But they don't expect one thing,SuraThariq clearly stated in the verse 6 that it isn't sperm that derive from hips and breast,it is stated clearly stated that is the word "water" from Arabic.
"Nuthfah" is semen or sperm in Arabic, but Sura AthThariq clearly states the word "Mau" which means water in the verse 6.

Hips bone that are mention in here in here are the males, and breast bones that are mentions in here are the females,

Which means:Sura Ath Thariq here are stating that human are made from(grow from) the semen from his father and the nursing of his/her mothers milk.

"Among His signs is that He created you (Adam) from dust, and then (Eve) from Adams rib,and then his offspring from the semen, and behold, you are human being scattered"(030:020)

Salam,Peace.

I have wondered for a long time about the Christian belief that it is more merciful for God to send unbelievers to hell, than to simply wipe them out of existence. Would you rather live a day in and day out existence of constant torment, or simply not exisit? If simply being erased from existence is more merciful, than why would God (and how could He) choose to keep His creations alive only to suffer to no end? (I know some will say that it is our choice, but it is God who chooses the purported punishment. Is this necessary, or just desired by Him for some reason?)

The authority of darkness cannot directly do anything to man's will, emotion, and body unless it has gained quite considerable ground in him already. The same is not true with the mind. It appears that the mind is the enemy's property already; he does not need any special permission or invitation from man before he can freely work in the mind. Paul likens the mind to the enemy's "stronghold," as if to tell us how deeply rooted and firm the relationship between Satan with his evil spirits and the mind of man is. Therefore, Satan and his evil spirits can make man's mind their stronghold and keep man a prisoner through his mind. They put man under their authority by utilizing his mind. They also utilize the imprisoned mind to transmit poison to others, and cause them to rise up in rebellion against God. We cannot say with certainty how much of the philosophy, logic, knowledge, investigation, research, and science in the world today comes from the power and influence of darkness.

Lol. Hey, I was reading my bible on the train today and I got to wondering. Does Solomon's amazing temple for God still stand or was it destroyed? He had made the whole interior in gold. And, does his amazing palace still stand too? Let me know then, thanks.

I really enjoy pointing out how ridiculous religious extremists are, but I'm getting worried that I'm getting lazy because it is just so easy.

I now have the body of a God, pity it is Buddah.

This past summer, two American journalists in Iraq were kidnapped and were originally held for ransom, but were eventually told that they would be released unharmed if they renounced America and Christianity and "converted" to Islam. They were to be executed if they did not. They did so and were soon released.

Would you have done the same? Would you have wanted your children to if they were in that situation (if you have any ofcourse)?
