The heart can deceive.

Heart is often wrong because Heart listens to Head. Sometimes Heart also listens to other parts of the body (in many cases Genitals). Head is there to figure out if Heart knows best or not. Between those two, CIrcumstance and Soul you should be able to figureit out.

Your heart cannot be wrong.

Its the direct source of Inspiration from God.

But we women in our attemt to listen to our hearts in things like romance and chosing the right man have done a lot of wrong.

Maybe because we dont listen to our brain as well. lol

but your heart is right..if your mind does not object.

and as the ol saying goes: if at all youre in doubt, do the thing youre least inclined to do emotionally.

If you are asking the proverbial what if my heart is wrong and there is no God then all I can say is by the time my heart stops beating I will not be cognizant enough to care. However I do not think that will be the case. Where is your heart?

If our heart is wrong then we spent a good life doing good and we die. If your heart is wrong (based on all the questions you have been asking) then you spend eternity in hell. Which would you rather take your chances on?

Conviction is the answer. That is why the Holy Spirit convicts- especially those who are saved in Jesus, the spirit convicts us when we are wrong. I love conviction- I want to know when I am wrong, and I want the Lord to straighten me out. Without conviction one cannot be walking in the Spirit of God.

My head keeps an eye on my heart, and vice versa. (Pardon the freaky anatomical phraseology.)

the heart is the only faithful guide, but when there is doubt, you owe it to yourself to get another opinion...if you trust your own decision making ability and you always rely on personal integrity then you will always make the right decision for you...don't sweat everyone else...you can't please the unknown...
