Whether anyone would or wouldn't have intercourse with God is a moot point. God is a spirit, infinitely perfect, and this sort of "union" would be impossible. When Mary gave her assent (fiat) to birth Jesus, Scripture says she was "filled with the Holy Spirit".
The "flesh" Christ (name meaning Theotokis or "light-bearer) took on was his "inheritance" from Mary, part of the human race.
