The happiness of a microscopic ball of cells with no emotion, no feelings, no memory and no thought. Or the happyness of a fully grown emotionally complex, thinking human with many memories and the ability to feel? Choose.

Richard Dawkins said that its less then a 1% chance of god existing.
That means scientifically, god can be proven to not exist.
As a christian it frustrates me,but I cannot argue with facts.
In our constitution,it states we are endowed with rights from god.
I am going to play devil's advocate for this question, say the secular society of America says that we need to remove that from the constitution, because science proves god does not exist.
So say that it was done, and now our rights are declared from man and not god.
Like what, all of a sudden, were gonna start enslaving people tomorrow.
See my point,I'm confused.
Is there any real danger in removing god from the constitution???
I'm going back and forth, between my faith and law,and quite frankly;I'm an idiot!
Please help your dumb friend here

Do any of you (atheists or religious people) think that you might be able to change anyone's views if your answer is really well written, brings good points up, provides evidence or scripture where due...

In other words, do any of you feel that you could convince anyone to see things your way (convert atheist to religious or vice versa)?

From my limited knowledge, Jesus son of Mary's miracles included speaking in his infancy, making the figure of a bird from clay and breathing into it so that it became a real bird, bringing up Sam son of Noah from the dead, bringing up the daughter of a weeping woman from the dead, bringing up a king from the children of Israel from the dead, bringing down a table filled with food from heaven, walking on water, motioning his hand over a jug of water so it turned into wine, healing those born blind and the lepers, telling people what they eat and store in their houses, and being born from a virgin. If this is all true how can any argue that he was not a holy spirit who deserved to be followed? However does this also mean that he deserves to be worshipped by so many? Would it not seem more fitting to worship the one who blessed him the holy spirit and caused him to perform all these miracles by his leave?

How often have you seen signs by the roadside, "Prepare to Meet God?"
Such signs can be seen nearly everywhere one travels and have no doubt
been erected by some very sincere religious individual or group.
Obviously the intent of such signs is to warn all that there is an
eventual appointment we must keep -- that appointment is with Almighty God. It is good to be warned -- it is better to heed the warning.

There is an appointment that far and away excels any and all earthly
appointments -- that is the appointment every accountable being who ever
has or ever will live on earth has with Almighty God. "And inasmuch as
it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment, so
Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall
appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those
who eagerly await Him" (Hebrews 9:26-27). Far too many of us think very
little of this simple fact of life. We see others daily meetin

Why do many think that Catholicism is Christian when it clearly does not follow the Bible? Galatians 1 says, "Cursed is anyone who preaches a different gospel, or way to heaven, than the one that is found within the Bible." Quite frankly, I believe that the "Church" has done more to hurt Chrisitanity than anything else, causing confusion amongst those who know nothing about Christianity, thinking that the "Crusaders" and Hitler were Christians, when they didn't even know how to be Christians. Mary, Saints, confession, priests, Popes, Latin services . . . none of this stuff is in the Bible! The Bible says, "The Spirit says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons . . . forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth." 1 Timothy 4:1,3
Don't be deceived anymore!

The Bible fortells the existence of the False Prophet - clearly Islam. Isn't killing non-Muslims the real way of Mohammed ? If not, can you prove that, possibly with religious quotes from your Koran ?

Also, Islam is the fastest growing religion, and some imbeciles think that means it's the correct religion ? Does anyone know that most people will be resurrected to a fiery lake, only to be burned up ? Most people will not be saved.
What do you think ?

( - This is aimed at Muslims, mainly, atheists, etc. and their anti-everything opinion- don't bother, no one cares. )
