Yes, I think so. It is very difficult for me to really ponder something in a crowded room with lots of noise. The Spirit will come by the still small voice, and it is by the Spirit that we learn of the things of God. Our ways are not His ways. His way is through the quiet and simple things. Our ways are the ways of the world, loud, and complex.
I hope this helps.

Walking with the Lord is to talk with Him whereever you go because He is everywhere at the same time and He hears your words. Faith is the evidence of things hope for, the things not seen. It is a good thing to get alone sometimes and pray to God in Jesus Name by the power of the Holy Spirit in You where it is quiet to meditate on God's Word which are Faithful, True and Powerful to change things. Blessed be our God and may He bless you in Jesus Name. Amen.

Not necessarily. A walk of faith is a walk in the light of God's truth not a solo leap in the dark.
Matthew 7:13 "Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. 14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few..... 24 "Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
Part of the walk of faith involves learning from others and part of it involves being alone with God and seeking his will for your life. Jesus often went away to pray by Himself before making important decisions.
Luke 6:12 In these days he went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God. 13 And when day came, he called his disciples and chose from them twelve, whom he named apostles:

Trust & obey, there is no other way, to be happy in Jesus is to trust & obey.
Faith isn't walking really. It is believing in your heart God Is. When you get an answer from God (blessed assurance in your heart) continue in it. Follow through. If that takes walking from here to there, do.
To have that secret time with God, building your most holy faith, praying in the Spirit, to God; is rewarding and builds faith and assurance comes from God.
When 2 or more are gathered together in His Name, There God is also. Ask and agree in any thing & God hears. This is also agreeing together in spirit and unity in prayer requests to God. It also builds faith.

you need to apply that which you know
meditation is only about how best to apply it into the deed/walk into realisation
the walk in faith is walking the talk
cant just say right ,gotta do right 'walk the talk.'

I'm not completely sure what you are asking, however, in order to make your faith your own, you should spend time alone with God and try to decipher some of his word on your own.
