Yes, I believe in them. Jesus mentioned them when He was talking about children.
Matthew 18:10, "Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven."

You obviously do not mean Heb 14 as there is no Heb 14. You must mean Heb 1:4
Angel means messenger. All angels were created to be good and holy messengers and servants. They were created by God before the earth began. Many angels followed the devil tho and there are evil fallen beings , that are called fallen angels. They have forfieted that heavenly role by rebelling against GOd. Michael is the archangel, meanng the leading angel. this is all Biblical. have to reasearch it yourself.
The good angels worship God and are sent to ppl on earth to bring messages and safety. God says they rejoice over even just one sinner that repents. They bring us messages from God , they strengthen us thru trials, and protect the saints who fear (trust) God and hate evil. SO much is written about angels, and this barely touches on it. Get a good concordance, and look up all the angel verses, and put them all together, wowow , it just fits all together, like any other study we do about God. Such fun to study about our awesome God. Yes, I do believe and that verse speaks of guardian angels. My son is 2 years old now but before that he used to laugh and play and if someone was tickling him in his crib.

Yes I do think there are angels- there is also a verse that says to keep watch because we may be entertaining angels and not even knowing it- which means we could meet someone who is human and they could be an angel in disguise....I think that is so cool!

Yeah. I think there are angels they guard and protect us. I think the Bible states that there are angels that encamp around us. I think the scripture you have above is pretty clear in it's meaning.
Psalm 34:7
