Jesus and Muhammad are two completely different people. Most religious scholars consider the Judeo-Christian God to be one in the same as the Islamic Allah.

Yes. Allah is an old pagan God of Arabia that Mohammed chose out of 360 gods to worship and base his religion around. Jesus is Jehovah, the God of the Bible and the true God of the universe.

Historical proof exists that Muhammat lived and wrote religous works. Jesus only exists in the Bible and our believes.

I like to think that everyone really worships the same being, but thinks of that being with difference faces/avatars.
I wish everyone felt this way. There would be less war and violence in the name of religion, and less "my religion is right and yours is wrong."
Any belief system that causes you to act better towards ALL of your fellow humans is "right."
