I don't really believe in God and all that but I believe that a man called Jesus existed and I believe that he was wise but that people have distorted his message greatly over the years. Anyway, is there any evidence apart from the Bible that he existed. I mean it was only 2000 years ago. Are there any other papers that have been found with his name on, any income tax return, any trees with 'Jesus Christ was here' carved into them, maybe a postcard from one of his disciples or a diary entry from someone he healed…...you know the sort of thing I mean.

Y'know, those huge mega-churches with a few thousand people, as compared to a small congregation? Or something in between? Why?

could this be the main reason people are against homosexual marriages ?

if a gay couple were to marry then this takes the sin away from something that was thought to be very sinful

Why do we sleep in church but...when the cerimony is over we suddenly wake up? Why is it so hard to talk about God but so easy to talk about sex? Why are we so bored when we look at a Christian magazine....but find it easy to read Playboy?.... Why is it so easy to ignore a Godly myspace message...yet we repost the nasty ones? Why are churches getting smaller...but bars and clubs are growing??.... Think about it...are you going to repost this or ignore it because you think you'll get laughed at? Just remember God is always watching you.

The Lord said, "Deny me now, and i will deny you in front of my father

I am a asian, karma used to be a term our king (in old days) controlled people's mind, in other words, a method of restriction to people in order to avoid war or stuff like that.
Recently I read a lot about you guys talking about karma, what make you believe there's a thing called karma? Did you ever actually seen karma happen?
Please state your opinion about "Karma"

Thanks you very much.

I've heard Catholic talk about advent coming up. And I was wondering...What is it, and what do the three purple candles and one pink candle mean? Any information on advent would be appreciated.

If Creationists insist on teaching their Bible stories in public school science classrooms, why don't they just agree to reciprocate and allow Evolution to be taught in Sunday School?

Is that so much to ask?

I was raised Catholic, but stopped going to church because I found that when I was there, I didn't like being there. There are a lot of things Catholics believe that I do not. My beliefs are, like many people my age, much more liberal. So I am trying to find a church that fits me better. I am not a super religious person, but I would like to start going to church once in a while. I do not want to go to a church that frowns upon other religions or tries to "recrute" peple to be members of their church. I think thats weird. How do I pick a new church?

I am a muslim person, and was strict about religion. Now I have to say the truth, what I see is that, Christians have more love on each other than any other people, and Jews r the most brutal peole I have ever seen. We Muslims should need to love each other and forgive each other. Even if poeple r not Muslims, but they are human like us, with flesh and blood like us. They true are the son of Adam(PBUH) and Eve, as we are. We(muslims) should not kill common innocent people and babies without any reasons, if we do than I think we need to punshed severly.
Islam is religion of peace, so show them how peaceful we are.
Didn't Muhammed(PBUH) forgave the non-muslims, didn't Salahuddin the great Muslim hero cared the crusader king, even he was his enemy. So i say, follow the path of love, not evil hatred path.
