Cause we all know that us women know the right answer all the time!

If you take this seriously, and claim I'm a megafeminist or a blasphemer, I'll just laugh at ya!

The people who teach this theory point to this verse:

1 Thessalonians 4:17

After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

BUT 1 Thessalonians 4:16 says "the dead in Christ will rise first."

QUESTION:

According to the theory, does this mean that the resurrection of the dead will occur before the living are "raptured"?

Evolution is one of god's greatest creation. In eternity, all things occurs at once. Within the illusion of time, it all is in a constant state of becoming, hence evolution.
Make sense to you?

I don't understand, if its YOUR bible and YOUR religion, then why do you flip around, deciding what will and will not believe in, choosing only to believe what YOU want to believe in? Its the supposed word of YOUR god, right? So who are you to listen to him in some respects and ignore him in others?

in always arguing about which religion is right or wrong?
shouldn't we start trying to get along with one another for our childrens sake? or do we want them to grow up and have to fight a battle we started before they were able to even understand what we were bickering about?

The Catechism Says: “The Man Pontiff... enjoys this infallibility in virtue of his office, when, as supreme pastor and teacher of all the faithful - who confirms his brethren in the faith - he proclaims by a definitive act a doctrine pertaining to faith or morals... This infallibility extends as far as the deposit of divine Revelation itself.”
Catechism #891

The Bible Says: "I am the LORD thy God … Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Exodus 20:2-3
"For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men…and he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.…making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do."Mark 7:8, 9, 13
"If they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Isaiah 8:20
There is a reason why faith is sometimes preceded by the word "blind" because faith can never be produced from falsehood

I'll go first. IMHO, it's that they think we came to atheism out of emotional reasons (i.e. God let my cat die, therefore he doesn't exist).

What's your opinion?

Suppose you read in the papers a news story which goes like this:
"Two Christians were accused today of raping a 20-year old woman."
Wouldn't it sound odd or would you be saying: " What on earth has Christianity got to do with it?

Then consider this similar news story:

"Two Muslims were accused today of raping a 20-year woman."
Would it sound as odd or has it become normal practice to remind readers of the religious identify of Muslim suspects/criminals?

that it's always pagans athiests and other non christians on here protesting that their question just got deleted for no apparent reason--why do you suppose that is? Is having a question deleted the ONE thing that a bible banger can actually keep their mouth shut about?

YES this IS a SWEEPING GENERALIZATION!--if you do not like it, do not be a christian--as long as they keep making the sweeping generalizations that all pagans worship satan and all gays are burning in hell, you have no right to whine about it--try complaining about how other christians make you look bad instead.
