They seem to forget that they are in the MINORITY! It seems like common sense to me that if you look around and the majority are doing something....that maybe you should check yourself!
That's like 9 out of 10 people believing in something and that one person saying that the other 9 are crazy. Just maybe......just maybe.....work with me now......just maybe that one person is the one that is wrong?!

I was reading something about Voltaire earlier. And I cam across a quote that lead me to this question.

If God does not exist why invent him? What purpose will it serve to invent an imaginary God whom some have died for to defend?

Now the building of a better world is the duty of all men - it is no longer reserved for the kings and rulers - so with a respectful position as the most advanced rational beings, what are your opinions and actions for this most important and urgent matter? I myself place great hope on your thinking, vision and action.

Is it:

a) a bit sinful - need to pray about it
b) very sinful - need to talk to minister/priest/pastor about it
c) extremely sinful - definitely going to hell for it
d) other answer - please specify

What factors would make it more or less sinful? For example, is it worse if they are married, or under age, or of the same gender, or the minister him/herself?

What steps would need to be taken if the issue did not resolve naturally?

You can leave your religion with your answer if you want to.

There may be something up with this years Jewish New Year.

New Moon 22.

Feast of the Trumpets 23

Sabbath 22 (Hebrew at sunset) or 23

Autumn Equinox 22 (in most of America 12:03 am New York) 23 in Jerusalem

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
"knoweth" is a completed past tense verb in Matthew 24:36.
Strong's number G1492

I can't say that I KNOW that the Rapture is going to happen this coming Sabbath, but this is very different this year. Remember to keep you eyes on Jesus Christ. Stay in faith! Look to Him!

You must keep my statutes. You must not allow two different kinds of your animals to breed, you must not sow your field with two different kinds of seed, and you must not wear a garment made of two different kinds of fabric.

Okay, now I know this is OT territory, and doesn't apply anymore.
But hypothetically doesn't that mean that before Jesus came along and erased all the old testament that farmers who sowed their fields with more than 1 grain, or people who wore wool socks and mixed linens would end up in hell? I mean, if it wasn't important why would they put it in the bible? It even says that you have to obey it in the passage, and it refers to itself as a statute which is basically a law/decree. I don't know guys, sounds kind of important.

Dear religionists, all religions (including yours) teach man to have a pure, kindly and radiant heart. How do you understand this teaching and how do you put it into practice? I think that this practice will greatly contribute to the unity of mankind, how do you think? You also know that this is the most important matter in the world, because we cannot have peace, prosperity and progress... if we don't have this unity first.

This is surprising to me since we atheists are basically quite harmless, both individually and as a group. That last statement is just my opinion, of course.

Any thoughts on the topic?

How deceived the world must be.
It was those Christians that were of the Catholic Church before it was call the Holy Roman empire that killed the Messiah.
After they had killed all the apostles thy rewrote the saying of the Messiah to premote the PAGAN Christian religion with all its pagan holidays.
Then set out to change the Sabbath to the 1st day of the week instead of the 7th day.
Today most of the world follow some religion set up by these lying preachers.
