Depends on what kind of indians your talking about. If you are talking about the Native american indians, then let me tell you , that i cannot count how many of them, who praise Jesus and have the most awesome ministries and spirit filled churches. If you are talking about the indians from India...i cannot tell you, but i do know of some ministries that are reaching out to these ppl in thier country..however;, here in the states indians from India, have a higher chance of believing due to our freedom of religion..I hope this helps...A native american indian who believes in Jesus....

re: American Indians, not until the Europeans came over. They had other supernatural beliefs before that. (unless you believe the Book of Mormon)
re: East Indians, apparently were exposed to Christianity much earlier. Most of them are still Hindus. Judaism, from what I understand, in India was known as Zoroastrianism (and still is).
Nobody can read minds, so how many believe in Jesus is anybody's guess, except for the great and powerful Oz that is.

Alex ♥,
I have heard an Indian pastor speak. He was from India. But if you are talking about American Indians, I know where there are many American Indian tranlations of the Bible written at least a century ago.

Same with all men, some do, some don't. Many Native Americans have become Jehovah's Witnesses and gained accurate knowledge and exercise faith in the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ waiting for God's Day when all will live in paradise.

i discover it disappointing the various solutions that are incorrect. The Lord ministered unto the Nephites, no longer the Lamanites or Indians in historical North u . s . a . of america. start up reading 3 Nephi 9 by 28 interior the e book of Mormon and you'd be extra constructive cautioned.

Ask them. Don't be shy! Just tell them you are interested in religion, and would like to know what they believe.
