It breaks my heart to see how innocent our children are and then to see what they have to look forward to in the futer. why cant we go back to simpaler times for the sake of their futer???? we should be teaching them to love...not discriminate. we should be teaching them to take the time and to appeciate the world not throw up buildings everywhere and tear down trees so they can make a fast buck. no im not a 70s hippie. i just cant help but be sad when i think about this.

In Luke 7:11-17, Jesus out of compassion simply raises a widows dead son. The widow didn't even ask him. Nor does it mentions that she has faith in Jesus.

I believe that Jesus still does and continue to do so because of his love for all of us. Whats your opinion?

I've the Bible as a youth and believed everything in it. But I was a vulernable kid who never questioned anything. But I older and wiser and I'm curious why the Bibles doesn't mention key elements in Earth's timeline like Neanderthal Man who was a species that inhabited Europe and parts of western Asia. Also dinosaurs aren't mentioned and I don't that fake one in the book of Job. What about Native Americans who lived in the Americas 15,000 years ago? Why did the Bible not include these elements?

I am studying in an international school (11th grade) right now in Malaysia, doing IB diploma. I really want to be in full-time ministry and I would like to have some suggestions for my coming years. Such as where to go for college, what should I do to prepare, should I keep on doing IB and so on. Especially for my college, I certainly won't stay in Malaysia for my college. I've got a chance to study oversea which is generally a better chance than going back my home country as I am a Taiwanese. So Where should I go? And in order to achieve that, what should I do? I am doing full IB diploma which takes almost all my time. Does it worth? Or should I instead use the time to get closer to God? Please Help!

Woe to every slanderer, Who amasses wealth and considers it a provision (against mishap); He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. he shall most certainly be hurled into the crushing disaster, And what will make you realize what the crushing disaster is? It is the fire kindled by God, Which rises above the hearts.

For a religion that teaches that individuals are made in the image of God - then takes away their ability to reason and make a thoughtful decision by saying, 'Seek God's will on the matter'.

Do you agree that this is a big problem with the religious right?

He came to this earth to restore His people and teach us to live in His love. To build the Kingdom. And we tear it down and rip on other Christians and suspect people. I know that I came to Christ because life sucked and I found that the people of God loved me unconditionally(most of them). Why do some of you here think that you can bring others closer to the God of love by condemning what faith they have and telling them that they are dirt. Why would a muslim(for instance or a pagan) want to choose Jesus if His people are mean? (chick Publications are Mean spirited not WWJD)

1. Some fall off to the side and are taken away by birds.
2. Some fall onto stony ground, grow quickly, but then die just as quickly when things turn bad.
3. Some fall among thorns and grow a bit, but then are choked off by the vines.
4. Some fall onto fertile ground and deliver a massive return to the sower of the seeds.

13 And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? And how then will ye know all parables?

14 The sower soweth the word. 15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. 16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended. 18 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, 19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. 20 And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
