Science and Religion has a common Goal ...

Search for Truth...

Science adopts the method of finding the facts by seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, and smelling ...ie via senses. They rely on Judgment and approval of Senior Scientists ..

Religion adopts the method of finding the facts by Getting the facts from God, saintly persons and Scriptures.

There are differences between finding of Science and Religion. Science admits that it is not perfect as senses are not perfect and it does not have answers to all questions ....

Religion admits that there are many cheaters in the name of God and there have been many instances of Scripture being tampered..

What we all are scared in science is that "Theory" being passed in Science as fact though it has many missing links and unanswered question.. where are selfless scientists? now science develops as demanded by Money makers...

How can some fanatic Scientist call Religious Scriptures as Mythology ? - when science is infact always descovering that previous theories considered as science where actually mistakes and misconceptions ?

Please stop comparing SCIENCE and religions. both are in different planes and not for comparison.
All religions and rules are built on basis of "something" which unknowingly does good to the people. If the people follow the religion they will be guided in a proper fashion and complete their life without making much damage to the place and the community which they are living.

SCIENCE is closely related to that "something" in my previous statement. Each and every rule in the religion has its internal scientific reason for its existence. this is the fact.

I am not against GOD or SCIENCE.

no. you are probably asking this because you think "religious" people are afraid science would explain something which contradicts their religion.

I dont know about other religions. I am a Christian and I believe while science is great and can explain wonders, it will never be able to explain the wonders of God.

So it does not scare me, for try as they may, scientists will NEVER be able to prove that Jesus is not alive today.

KING JAMES HOLY BIBLE..........1 Timothy 6 :20 -21 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust , avoiding profane and vain babblings and oppositions of "science " falsely so called ; Which some professions have "erred " concerning the faith . Grace be with thee . Amen......( From a Christians point of view , we fear nothing , other than The fear of The Lord Himself for not doing His Will ).....

"true science discovers god waiting behind every door"
u know who said this, well by Pope Pius XII.
Religion is one which attributes the the things happenning around us by the power of god.Science is trying to understand this power, in short science is trying to understand gods creations. So true and good religious people need not be scared of SCIENCE.

nope. i'm catholic and think science explains a lot. plus i know that the vatican is giving a lot of their money into researching different aspects. But i think that some people are scared of knowing things and that has nothing to do with a religion.

nope... it doesn't affect me. i'm a catholic and i have a deep rooted faith within me. Science is a field where facts gathered give evidence to almost anything. but not all truths can be explained by science, am i right with this assumption? now, i don't insist that it's a work of religion in this pursuit, i neither reiterate it was God's work or anything... but i accept that until such time, science can answer it. but i separate my belief in Science and my Faith in God as responsible as i possibly can - that is, keeping my reasons open but never losing my faith. would you judge me for what i believe in, then?
