It breaks my heart to see how innocent our children are and then to see what they have to look forward to in the futer. why cant we go back to simpaler times for the sake of their futer???? we should be teaching them to love...not discriminate. we should be teaching them to take the time and to appeciate the world not throw up buildings everywhere and tear down trees so they can make a fast buck. no im not a 70s hippie. i just cant help but be sad when i think about this.

Our children will be the future. Have some hope for them.

You're asking this of the same society that tells everyone to be thin and healthy and can't understand why so many people develop eating disorders?

Humans may be capable of teaching people good values but even a staked plant grows its own way. The person decides what is right and not. It's sad that people aren't more like you describe, I try to follow one basic rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, but a lot of people don't. We can't even get along over something as stupid as skin color. It's a nice dream, keep hoping, maybe some day things will change.

The future of this world is pretty grim and that is why Jesus Christ came to this world so that we can escape from here to a better place. Jesus said, "I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go and prepare a place for you I will come again and receive you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also." It is so important to teach our children that there is a better place than this earth, so that they can have hope for the future, and not put all their hopes into something that is passing away. With your hope in Christ every day is wonderful no matter how grim things seem in the world. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.

Well, the futer of our children (though I don't remember having children with you) is uncertain since the "futer" you speak of has yet to be discovered. Unless you've already discovered it and are holding out until you patent it, and don't want to share the riches with me. We have children together and you can't share your riches? Greedy!

If you mean future, well then I have some wise, prophetic words for you:

Fu(c)k the children.

Peace!
