It wasn't until something like 330AD when Christianity became popular because of Constantine. If all thes4e miracles occurred in front of witnesses, then why weren't their more original believers? And why wouldn't these people have spread the Word more?

It seems like the Jesus stories were embellished after his death. Otherwise you would have a very quick incline in the number of his followers following his life and death. This however did not occur.

It was crazy!!! I checked it out because it was called Exocism, and it was not like I expected. It was like a trainwreck, I couldn't look away!! I even missed Family Guy. It seemed like something Kirk Cameron should have been in, it was horrible.

So this family was cursed and was being attacked by demons trying to mess with their Christianity. Does anyone actually believe the devil is after you? If something bad happens to you, is it because demons are after you?

I think everyone might actually have a different idea of what heaven is all about. I'm not really into the streets of gold things. Maybe the streets with no names ...sounds better.

Would there be suffering in heaven if not everyone liked it there, and would we need to find ways to replenish our energy and could there be a shortage(or running low because someone was stockpiling the spiritual food)?

Do we have the ability to crate in heaven if we didn't like our new spiritual home and how would we be able to change our surroundings? What if people believe they couldn't change their surroundings, would others have to do it for them?
Would those others be intimidating? and possibly seen as evil or powerseekers? In heaven?

At http://www.gospelsinparallel.com/ they show the four gospels alongside each other with text in bold that seems contradictory (such as when one gospel says one thing and another gospel says another). Are these contradictions mistakes that prove humans were involved, or are they clearly not mistakes to those who read the bible regularly?

Just to clear this up evolution (creatures changing over time) is a scientifically proven fact. We know it happens we can see it happening in creatures alive today and in fossils we know it's is a fact and this isn't a theory and has never been called such. The theory of evolution by natural selection was Darwin’s theory on how evolution happens (he didn't discover evolution it had been known since before Darwin he was just the 1st to use the word evolution) and this is how evolution occurs by genetic mutations giving a creature an advantage and this advantage been spread by natural selection (the better creature will breed more) then survival of the fittest (the better creatures will out compete the other creatures) replaces the older creatures with the newer ones so the creature has changed. This is the theory part as we can't prove it to be completely true. However it is by far the most plausible theory and so it is accepted as being correct until another better theory arises.

After reading 2 books on islam (can't remember the names over 8 months ago). The authors said that Muhammed actually created islam by taking teaching from the Praetorians.(a group that was kicked out of the catholic church for teachings contrary to thecatholic church.) The books also pointed to jewish mysticism (sects similar to kabbllah). After studying those two gruops the claim that he wnt into the cave and he formed Islam.

I am just curious, i personally find it all ridiculous as a whole. I am really wondering how a whole world can be so submissive to this so called "faith". If you could please tell me why you believe, I am very curios about religion and would like to be enlightened, if any of you can do that.

Human beings can live a healthy life without eating flesh of animals and birds. Then why are they so cruel to kill them for eating. Why Isalm, Christianity and some other religions also encourage it?

Also, if you can kill animals and birds mercilessly, do it not encourage you to kill even human beings on the context of difference of opinion or religion?

christians often argue that just because we cannot see god - does not mean he does not exist. I cannot argue with this logic. However the same can be said for the flying spaghetti monster and the invisible pink unicorn. We cannot see them either, so why is it rational to say one god we cannot see exists - while the other gods we also cannot see - don't exist?

I used Job's Tears only once, and my wish came true, except it's all mixed up! I got what I wanted, but it's sour. What did I do wrong? Did I use other spells at the same time? Is that what kind of messed it up?

okay, first of all, i wrote this in old-style english, so it sounds alittle knightly, second of all i am not a christian, but i appreciate your fayth! so here goes:

Auxilium meum Dominus

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures
He leadeth me beside the still waters
He restoreth my soul

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me
My rod and my staff they comfort me

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies
Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever!

To cut a long story short, i raised my fists and verbally abused a priest after he accused me of urinating against the church. Surely this is not a crime and if so do priests have the same rights as normal people.
