Generally, a Kingdom Hall is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems that the questioner is from such an area.
Insults against them and vandalism against their meeting places actually helps prove an interesting point about Jehovah's Witnesses. Jehovah's Witnesses are proven to be true Christians, based upon the Witnesses' preaching work and the anti-Witnesses' bigoted hatred against them.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.
It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

it really is so stupid for like a mess of causes. Why do you human beings continuously ditch Jehovah's Witnesses? I were to their Kingdom halls, because that is termed. because they're announceing Jehovah's kingdom the position Jesus Christ will rule the international. human beings informed me they did not position self belief in Jesus and that is all they communicate about and how in some unspecified time sooner or later he will rule the international. How via dieing he opened the way for human beings to be saved. each and every thing you human beings say about them is wierd.

That a lie. There are alot of windows in the Jehovah's witnesses kingdom Hall (not church) and don't shorten the word Jehovah it's the Almighty's name. Obliviously you have been brainwashed and have never seen a kingdom hall in your life. Why not visit one and answer your own question.

Some do and some don't. Often the cost may be prohibitive, or the building is being built ina high crime area. It makes sense not to have windows when they are just going to get broken any way.

you have been looking in all the wrong places in some there may not be windows but in some there are windows. In the areas where there are know windows the people around them have caused them to not put windows so that they will not breakin and steal, or destroy things.

HA HA HA! I know why. My aunts belong to that cult. They have some very odd practices. They do not want any chance of distraction of the outside world, to interrupt the brain washing process. If you really want to piss them off, tell them you go to church, you belong to the church, and you are part of the bride of Christ. The do not call the building a Church but a hall, cause church has a different meaning to them.

Cheaper Stronger building..
Better insulation, cheaper to heat & cool..
Safer storm shelter..
Better security against break-ins...
Any architect will tell you that windows are a buildings weak points.
